“Absolute top notch service with Renee from beginning to end. Went in for a resizing for a family member but unfortunately wasn’t able to get it done, but no worries. Decided to get a different piece instead. Renee took the time to answer any question I had effortlessly and smoothly, and I couldn’t have been more satisfied with my experience in Kay. Most places you feel rushed and you don’t get the personal interaction with customer service but I didn’t get this at all and quite the opposite, Renee is the absolute best. “I was given my grandparent's original wedding set (65+ years old) and knew I would never wear it as a ring so with my Grandmother's blessing I decided to turn it into a necklace. I was recommended to visit Bill at Donelson Jewelry. As soon as I walked in I felt like they wanted to help me. I went in not completely sure what I wanted because I hadn't wanted to get my hopes set on something that wasn't doable. They talked to me about what I would ultimately like, what my budget was, and showed me some examples. They were very patient with me changing my mind a few times. The necklace was completed in about 2.5 weeks and I love it! Best, non pushy, experience I've ever had. Even if it is a journey for me they've made a lifelong customer!”

“This place is the best spot to sell used jewelry in town. They offer fair prices based in the current market prices and I’ve been satisfied with any trade we’ve made. I only wish I’d discovered them sooner instead of being taken advantage of by the Diamond Buyer in Green Hills. That place is absolutely predatory. David stole probably $15000 or so from my family using predatory sales tactics. Money that was supposed to go to my fathers cancer treatment. The guys at this shop are legit and aren’t out to screw you.”

“Let me start off saying i came across this shop by accident. I was at the world market and noticed them on the way out, i will mention that I’ve been looking for a ring and after going to other shops near by this one was the most satisfying. i LOVED their selection, although i was looking for a ring, i caught my self looking through the chain and bracelet selections. They had all types of variety and the prices were better compared to what i have seen at other stores on nolesville, the lady with the blonde hair was very helpful and answered all the questions i had regarding the prices and how much gold was used in the jewelry for the price. They also asked me questions trying to help find what best suits me which i found that very helpful and transparent. I was overall very satisfied with the ring and service i got. I’ll definitely be back (for the chain) and any other jewelry services i may need in the future.”

I was looking for a specific Rolex, which is next to impossible to find. Christian took some time to get to know me, took down my name and cell, and told me he’d find it but it may take up to a year. Honestly, I was skeptical. But, yesterday I’m sitting in a meeting and get a text from Christian that my dream watch had arrived. The purchasing and sizing experience was fantastic.
