Today I had my rear view mirror covers blown off my car at Take 5 Car Wash on Nolensville Rd. My concern and aggravation was met with, 'it's not a big deal. Just buy some new ones from Amazon' by the attendant. He said, 'this happens all the time to Rav 4's.'
None of his apathy made me feel secure in knowing that Take 5 would at all take responsibility for this situation. My car is a 2024 Rav 4 that I've owned a month. Losing pieces to my brand new car made me feel like someone should be held responsible. Had I been told by signs or the other attendant that losing a piece(s) of my car was probable then I would have left.
I filed a damage report but was given no forms of follow up from my end despite my asking. I guess I'll just sit and wait to hear from someone. It sure didn't seem like a big deal to anyone but me-
I've had several squirly interactions with a few strange staff, prior to this one, and I'm beating myself up for not listening to my inner voice about this place.
