Until yesterday it seemed like a pretty good Walmart, but yesterday when I made a mistake when reading a product for the second time I tried to talk to a lady who was near me, when I tried to point out my mistake, I used the expression, "I'm working", in a way aggressive I tried to get his attention so that he would verify that it was just a product, but he didn't take his job seriously since he didn't move at all, he just put it in his control to cancel the article, without verifying that it was true.
He concluded that in the end that person is not suitable for his customer service job, however seeing the comments found here apparently they are racist, since the majority of complaints are from Spanish-speaking people, therefore there are racist staff in your establishment, I hope they resolve that, since the customer is an important factor in the economy of the establishment, whoever the customer is.

Ordered 4 different clothes for my son online. The old lady ( Carrie) in a return section was extremely slow, we have a line of 7 people for 20 min. Finally when she started my refunds process she have never said “hi” or “how can I help”. She was angry and rude. She barrels could understand how to do a refund and another one Employee Sterling stop by us to help her, but wasn’t able return my items. The size of sites in their system was different, but in items labels and in my app everything was correct. After waiting for 30min he was able to complete a refund because I refused to go home and call to hot line.
Will never order anything at Walmart online if we have such a refund service
Finally she met me when i go out from store completely disappointed and she apologised to me. The manager of that Walmart have yo control employees, they have to have enough brekes for a rest abd thab thry can cobtroll emotions better. Its my second negative experience in that store. I am a manager of seven different retail business and i hope my Employees always at least polite with out customers.

Well the last two weeks I’ve tryed to find boy clothes size 4t and this store has nothing for boys this age and I’ve noticed there catering to girls more, and the clothes choices are plain they don’t have nothing really to choose from!!! I’m sorry but here lately I gotta give this Walmart a one star….. ?
