It's a normal Walmart. Nothing too special. It used to be quite dirty and gross but it's been updated and is bearable now..

Tried to find someone to open case for men's t-shirts. The lady working in that department said she did not work in that department. Point to 2 ladies talking across from us and said they work in that department. Go to them, barely speak English, but said they don't work over they and for us to go over there and wait, she would get someone. She was rude and mad because we interrupted her chat I assume. She starting chatting again and did not move to find someone to help us. Everyone in this store is rude and not helpful. They act as if we owe them something. Never want to help. No one at customer service to complain too. Walmart needs to get their people under control and train them on what customer service is and let them know this is what their job is. Will never shop there again.

Just about the worst Walmart on earth …. Needed a handicap scooter … none available and no help locating one at the customer center …. They just don’t care … stay away… I have to literally hop around with my broken leg

I just purchased a tent from this wal-mart in the self checkout aisle. I opted for a text receipt in case I needed it, and when leaving the store was stopped and asked for the receipt. I explained my phone was dead, and pointed out the girl that just helped us. She wasn’t able to pull up anything because someone had already started a new transaction, and she could only pull up the most recent. She instructed us to go to customer service where they would charge my phone, so I could show the receipt that had been sent to me. The woman claiming to be the manager refused to help me, saying it’s my responsibility my phone was dead. I work in the hospitality industry, and previously worked at major retail stores. I happen to know there are several ways to locate someone’s receipt including using the card I purchased it with, the phone number on my Walmart account etc. Once she refused to help me, or provide a charger like I was told was the solution by the girl working self checkout; I started yelling asking for someone to help me, and exclaiming that I was doing what I was just told to do. They’re telling me I can’t leave with the $114 tent I just purchased because one of the nations largest retailers in the country doesn’t have the technology to locate someone’s receipt 5 minutes after their purchase?
She went and got the onsite police officer, who was incredibly reasonable & apologetic. He spoke with the person in charge of AP at that store, and walked us to her office where she immediately put my phone on the charger. She brainstormed several solutions for helping us and started looking at the cameras to try and verify the purchase, when my phone turned on a couple minutes into her looking for the time of the footages we showed her the receipt she verified it was the same tent, and apologized and let us leave.
I understand needing to verify the purchase. What I don’t understand are the 4 Walmart employees refusing to help me, and when the police officer asked the customer service woman if she could look up the receipt she refused to look at us and just said she couldn’t go against the person that was telling us it wasn’t her responsibility to help me charge my phone. When in fact, you’re in charge of customer service, and making sure I purchased the item I’m saying I purchased, so IT IS your responsibility when your staff is telling me that was the option.
Not only was this a waste of my time, incredibly embarrassing, and not a single Walmart employee except for the woman in charge of asset protection helpful, but they were awful to me, and completely negligent.
I definitely yelled, and I was definitely very emotional after their completely unacceptable response to my issue. I suffer from bipolar disorder, and severe generalized anxiety disorder. In fact I pick up my prescriptions every month from another Walmart location in town. This interaction sent me into a horrible panic attack as soon as I got home.
I expect a follow up from corporate or a store leader on this experience, and consequences for the woman refusing to help me considering I already had purchased an item. It’s not my problem that people steal from your store. I don’t, and didn’t. And, the fact that the person in charge of asset protection and the officer on duty were the only ones that would help me get on my way with the items I ALREADY purchased was an obstruction of justice in my mind, and seriously emotionally taxing on my mental health.
I have my receipt, and my transaction number. And, will not be returning to this location EVER for the way I was treated unless to point out the woman that was verbally abusive and judgmental of me for not knowing I had to print a receipt for large items. I hope no one else has to experience the escalation of events that I was just put through.

This place is often busy and short staffed. A lot of remodeling and u-scans but they rarely have many registers open.. and the u-scans available usually only takes card payments. I love that it's close but I wish the pace moved faster.

They have over 20 self checkout stations but they usually only have a few of them actually open, which causes huge lines.
