This Walmart is getting renovated and is looking FASNTASTIC. The floor and floor is clean, service is not the most friendly but at least is respectful. The offering in the fresh produce is always stock up specially in the mornings. They now locking things up like the detergent and such but I didn't as why so when u here u just need to ask to any associate to help you to get some of those products. This is and always be a very colorful location but that is what it makes the world go around :)

DO NOT shop here by any means necessary!! Costumer service is horrible and are not willing to help solve your problem! Bought a TV and two days later it didn't work. Went in to exchange or return the tv and they wouldn't even entertain me with out the box. Told me I was shit out of luck and when I called to talk to the manager she hung up on me. So much for southern hospitality. Best Buy here I come!!

Might be one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. I went there to transfer money to a friend in Mexico and the pretty little Latina girl at the customer service desk was super helpful. We decided to do a Walmart to Walmart transfer because we weren't sure whether or not the Walmart in Mexico supported the other transfer types. We got everything setup and then my card wouldn't work . I ended up having to go back to my house to get my other card, which was no big deal. But when I got back, a different person was at the customer service desk. After waiting in line, I asked to do the Walmart to Walmart transfer again but she said there wasn't an option for that. I explained that I had just tried to do one 10 minutes earlier and she didn't seem to care at all and just showed me the screen and told me those were my options. I asked if she could tell me for sure if my friend would be able to pick up the money if I used the other options and I don't even think she answered me. Eventually I asked to speak to the manager because it was obvious that this lady didn't care at all about helping me. But the manager didn't care either. Even worse, the manager just ignored the lady being rude and giving smart responses back to me. I will be avoiding this place from now on. If anyone at Walmart cares, this occurred around 3:00pm on the 8/22/23, so you can figure out who the rude lady was behind customer service was.

incompetent customer service. I was buying and returning phones. the manager couldn't help because of the complete utter incompetence.

Trying to buy tire at your store and no one is answering the phone. They pick up and then hang up. Is there any way possible that you have an Auto open to do tire services.

Laziest f****** people I've ever f****** dealt with came here to buy an Xbox controller at 10:30 at night and everybody selling me. Electronics is closed. Well they get the f****** key and open the case that's all I need you to do. You can take the controller out front I'll pay for it, but no lady said probably there's no key because the person that works in electronics probably took it home, so why do you have store hours then? If different parts of your f****** department shut down, I can understand being a 24 hour store but you're not no more.

Horrible service! I went here to buy a personal product that requieres for someone to open the glass where the product is, waited over 20 minutes for someone to bring the key, I spoke with the lead manager and she didn't care, she said probably the employee who has the key went home !!! Really it's ridiculous

Terrible service. No-one ever answers the phone. I ordered a pickup at this location by accident and attempted to reach someone to cancel. No-one ever answers at this location. Horrible service

The return center is always closed and no one picks up the phone. Also pulling out of the store and turning left is extremely dangerous

Horrific experience, no tellers only self scan, and everyone running around yelling "Sir closed" even before it's closed... Rude and horrible customer service, dirty and construction, I don't know how anyone shops here with this horrible treatment

We love Walmart for prices and variety. They seem to lack quality brands for some people, and I understand that. For the most part, produce is very good, quantity is very good. Their salsa (Pico de gallo) is better than any other brand. Walmart brands compare favorably to many.

Unfortunately I am not able to give zero stars. We needed to run in and get a few shirts for my daughter who is visiting from out of town and forgot some of her clothing. The lady in charge of closing was very rude. First she told us that there was already a dressing room unlocked. I explained I had been there to the dressing rooms five times in the past hour and they had all been locked and were unattended. She said she didn't have the key. She would not make eye contact. She was foreign and she would talk at me and not to me. There is no apology there was no offer to help us. She kept insisting that there was a door unlocked. She would not move from where she was to help us or even go check. I went to another employee and asked if she could ask the manager for the key. They said they didn't have a key and no one could try on clothes. No one even offered to unlock the door from the inside for us. The store was a mess and they were out of a lot of things. Pretty disappointed and I will do my best to not go back.

This is prob in the top 3 of all time worst Walmarts I've visited.. it's messy and stuff is out of place and they close early. As I was leaving they were turning people away at 10:54... even though they say they are open until 11... I drive farther away from my house to go to another Walmart if I have to go to one but I try to avoid them altogether.

The worst Walmart I've ever been to in my life. It's half the size of a regular Walmart with double the people... there are a few other Walmarts in the area so just skip this one!
