I wanted to get a money order and it was horrible service, after waiting 15 minutes in line, the lady at the money center said she can’t do it and asked me to go to customer service center and she told them on the radio that I need help with money order, so I went there and after waiting another 15 minutes in line the lady at the service desk said she didn’t get any call and she doesn’t do money order, so I went back again to money center and told the lady there what happened, and she play it dumb, at that point I decided to take my business somewhere else. Also, there was another gentleman who wants to get money order and end up leaving!Get your staffed trained and cleanup your parking lot!

I did curbside pickup. They gave me 3 wrong items out of an order of only 9 things, without mentioning a change or substitution, which I also checked no substitutions on. Luckily the items were still something I could use another time but it meant I had to go to another Walmart later and go inside for the original items I wanted. The point of curbside pickup is to save time, this took more time. Other states I've been to do great, but all the reviews I've read regarding Tennessee Walmart curbside pickup are bad, wish they'd fix it.

The techs in the pharmacy lie, and bait you into an argument by insulting you and then blaming you for being rude. Every time I call they tell me something different as to why my prescription has not been filled. The doctor needs to approve something after prescription has been at the pharmacy for a month? Only Generic is available when I have not had to buy generic drug ever? I waited 6 weeks, the tech claimed to have NO DOCUMENTATION of all of the calls and weekly visits when I would take off work for the medication I was trying to get prescription filled. Every month there is a totally different staff of techs and pharmacists. I have gone to that location 4040 Nolensville Road, for 15 plus years and never complained but it is horrible now. I am leaving and never going back.

Y'all need to get your s*** straight here. This is terrible. Took me over an hour to get help with opening a door to get a razor out. Have of your employees can barely speak English and just keep walking away from me!

This has to be the most disgusting Walmart I have ever seen. First the parking lot had trash everywhere. Second as soon as you walk in the produce you are attacked by flies. Then going down the aisle's and they all trashed and the floors were sticky and dirty. And if you need help good luck they just walk by you. This place needs to be shut down it's going to get someone sick.

Bought a nice air mattress here for a guest and went to blow it up for their stay tonight and it has a bad seam. Was at the store at 8:55 and was turned away because their CS employee goes home at 9:00. Shouldn't you have someone available to assist customers the entire time you are open? Livid that they won't process an exchange and now my guest has nowhere to sleep. I went to Target and bought a new one and will be returning this one. The manager straight said "don't know what you want me to do about it over the phone, the employee was off at 9:00" Update your hours and set better expectations! I will not shop at a store that only helps its customers some of the time it's open! Thoughtless annoyed.... this is why I tell my husband not to shop here. Bunch of lazy employees! How hard is it to process an exchange! Thanks for nothing but a spoiled visit with out of town guests!

First, the 1 star is because of the good electric scooter I had to use. I called this Walmart before getting there, because I am on oxygen and I didn't want to get out of house, so there wouldn't be a problem cashing my check. When the girl in electronics asked a cashier and someone else; I was told that my check would be cashed. (Electronics was the only department that would answer the phone) When I got there I was told they would not cash my check at the register (I had groceries) and the cashier didn't have a clue how to do it. I asked for a team lead and her name was Odel. She had never heard of cashing a check at the register. I read to her the policy for Walmart check cashing that's online. My check was a small payroll check. Why did this Walmart location promote a person who cannot do her job? And then I get the "All Walmart's don't do the same thing" These ladies need to be re-trained because the job performance was very subpar. I have a picture of what I read to her. Needless to say, she didn't care. So to Walmart corporate, if what is online not the norm for your stores and no one can cash a payroll check at the register while using it to pay for groceries; then please take it off the internet., please. It could help all of your customers and especially, disabled people like me. thank you.

Would give 0 stars if I could!! Went inside prepared to buy a $500 laptop and was nastily told that there was no one available to help me. The store is a mess. Every single employee after that was rude in every way possible. The lady at self check out was yelling at another customer because of a mistake made by the self checkout kiosk. ABSOLUTLEY ridiculous. Would NEVER recommend. Would actually tell people NOT to ever go to this location! I've worked in customer service for almost 10 years and never would I dream of treating a customer this way. 0 stars! Worst Walmart I've ever been too.

This Walmart is one of the worst I have ever been to. The employees are extremely rude and impatient, not helpful at all. Ever. When you walk in it's very dirty. The worst part is when you go towards the grocery store part, it smells like there is always spoiled or rotten food. It seems to mostly be coming from the produce aisle so I steer clear of that all together. During the coronavirus outbreak, I switched to pick up. I'm severely immune compromised and have been instructed not to leave for any reason by my physician. The grocery app is glitchy and horrible and takes forever to order. This last order which was yesterday was crazy. We get a text message saying our order is ready for pickup. My daughter goes to pick up the order and waits for about 30 minutes in the pick up lane. Only to get a text message that says, "Sorry, due to a system error your order has been cancelled ". Long story short, she goes into the store...3 managers, 2 phone calls, 1 hour later and a trip back through the pick up line and the groceries are finally purchased. She drops them off at my house, I look at the receipt and they have double or triple charged me on five items totaling $65! Absolutely ridiculous!! Don't bother calling customer service because I did and they could care less! Kroger's you have found a new customer! I stuck with Walmart for the lower prices but if I can't rely on getting what I need when I need it then it's not worth it.

I was in the area running an errand and ran in to pick up a few groceries and was treated terribly after spending my time and my money. So do you want to have a nice shopping, cashier experience go well, and then have a complete donkey rear end near the exit treat you like a criminal?... Even though clearly my receipt matches my cart full of groceries?... I mean really WTF!!! He scanned my receipt and then over 12 items in my bags. Meanwhile he let some super sketch people pass and didn't check their carts or compare receipts to items in your bags. So this is a review for WADD. WADD you are a complete waste of employment at Walmart!!! So I called to speak to the manager on duty. A simple thing right??... You would have thought I was speaking Greek to the people who answered the phone the several times I called. I was on hold for entirely too long so I hung up and wrote this review!!! Walmart I already disliked your store and now I hate your store. So congratulations to loosing a customer that has money to spend. Congratulations! Possibly the worst Walmart I've ever been to, mostly due to the fact that there always seems to be an issue with the cashiers. We attempted self checkout to find the cashier didn't have the codes to fix the registers. Then, we spent about 10 minutes waiting for someone to help the woman in front of us as she attempted to use a card. This was all at 9pm. I really didn't want to believe this Walmart was as terrible as the reviews led me to believe, but this is proper terrible. Service is decent but this place seems a bit negligent in terms of people leaving things better than they found it...carts are strewn across the lots, various spills decorate the floors, and there are simply not enough workers to keep up with demand. Honestly, I felt horrible for the people who work here. I would suggest a different grocery store, by all means.
