Pharmacist were so rude and refuse to give service to me when went to get medication for my parents I waited in line for about 10 minutes and they said closed come back after 30 minutes. I will never go to this place again

I just have to say that Iyanna is absolutely AMAZING! My doctor didn’t send my prescriptions until 20 min before Walgreens closed (the day before I leave town). Plus, my insurance lapsed, so I have to pay out of pocket. Thankfully, this ANGEL named Iyanna goes WAY out of her way to help me through this mess! She was so caring and I just had to speak her awesome name! Great pharmacy!

Drive-thru stays closed (why?). They never have the medication you need in stock. They always have to order it, even common medications. Shows the pharmacy employees fail to monitor their stock. Terrible location. Always problems.

I've been wanting to go get some medication for days (I'm pregnant) and all those days a half-old, dark-skinned woman understood me, and she doesn't give me the medications and treats us badly, she just laughs at us.. TERRIBLE SERVICE; To this day I am still without my medication.

The entire store is negatively impacted by the pharmacy, especially one of the lead pharmacist, James Ofori. His poor management style and foul attitude has basically contaminated the entire team. Starting over with new staff is desperately needed due to continuous issues like calling customers in for prescription pickup and then making them wait over an hour, after it was their error. The lack of apologies for mistakes, along with unpleasant attitudes, is deemed unprofessional and a complete joke. My request is for intervention from the General Manager to address the incompetence and unprofessionalism affecting both customers and the community, especially the elderly dealing with prescription issues. I’m also a leader in the community and would never be okay allowing this type of feedback (mine and all the other reviews) to just hang out in the atmosphere and do absolutely nothing about it. So awful!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Had oral surgery and meds were called in before I even had the procedure. 2 hours later I’m at the pharmacy and they tried telling me they didn’t have it. I called the surgeon’s office and confirmed, then they changed their story that it wasn’t “ready in the system”. Basically meaning they hadn’t filled the prescription. Was in a ton of pain and they basically told me to take ibuprofen and wait an hour. Come back and it’s still not ready! Seems like a lot of laziness and disorganization here, all topped off with the worst customer service.

If I could rate a 0 I would in a heartbeat! This walgreen pharmacy is complete trash and a joke, majority of the staff is beyond rude, and they like to tell you when your medication is ready by this certain time only to find out when you get there it still not ready yet( they said to come back tomorrow)or its out of stock; make sure you check your medication as well because they tried shorting mine!! The drive through is mostly closed.This place is absolutely trash.
