The Central Pike Hermitage Walgreens is great. There's been an elderly woman who works often at the check-out. She's been there for years and she's great, nice, thorough. I think they've had a shoplifting problem and I remember one year, she turned down a bill that she thought was counterfeit. The manager came and verified that it was, but she was still nice to the counterfeiters. She's all business and customer service. The pharmacy is very helpful too. Since I retired last October, I have Medicare insurance for me and my husband. The pharmacy staff is very helpful in that area. I show up there many times because my husband is in a wheelchair and the type of other health problems he has requires constant changes in medication. The staff if very accommodating.

The literal worst pharmacy I've ever used. Currently refusing to refill my insulin despite me having great insurance 'because they're too busy'. Only partially refilled other prescriptions, charged me full price then refused to complete the partial refill when I returned. Absolutely disgusting and rude customer service from most (not all) of the staff.

Told me to come back for my perscription in 10 mins (after hours of waiting to pick it up). Go back and "oh we are out of stock".The two gentlemen at the counter had no regard for their customers.

Saturday night 9:30p, a really shady guy outside the door smoking, said he worked here. Spoke with an accent, got very intense, angry in a somewhat threatening manner. I left. Employee inside was kind and professional, just not sure why they have that angry character at the door greeting customers.

Went to the Walgreens Pharmacy. Vivica and Courtney were awesome ?! They listened to me about my situation and not only are they great listeners! They had me smiling on my way out the door and that’s one of the best medicines i can ask for?! Thank You so much !

Best Walgreens in town! I recently switched all of my prescriptions to the Central Pike Walgreens. (I have been a longtime patron of the Tulip Grove Walgreens ) I had become more and more unsatisfied at the Tulip Grove location. Little did I know the pharmacist had transferred to Central Pike! Excellent! I will drive further to have the knowledge and customer service that I continue to receive!

I work at the urgent care down the road from this Walgreens. Tested positive for flu I was trying to get my medicine before I went home. We closed at 8 pm ain’t get out until 9:60 came right down the road to get Poor service I had my prescription ready the tech told me I don’t need that right now, ain’t even know what it was ain’t even care to ask me either horrible customer service!! Once she finally took a look at what I had she stated even if she did take my prescription it wasn’t going to be ready until tomorrow morning. When it was 9 pm and they closed at 10 pm nobody was there waiting for nothing they were just trying to hurry up and close. When you work until your shift is over. I’ll never come here again and will tell my patients if ask I don’t recommend going there at all !!

Terrible customer service at the pharmacy. Pharmacist was supposed to call Express Scripts so I could get my meds filled but never called. Lied to me and said she did. Total incompetence.

Would love to give less than 1 star. We walked in planning on buying snacks for our 3 year old before his Christmas program and also needing to use the restroom. We live about 45 minutes away from Nashville and needed to kill time after work and before his program. This staff was horrendous, zero friendliness, I’m obviously pregnant and have a 3 year old attached to my hip. My husband asked employees where the restroom was against my will because I knew how we would be treated. To no surprise, we were told the restroom was out of order and we could walk across the street to Jack in the Box if we needed a bathroom.

Shout at customers without provocation. Poorly trained and rude. Whoever trained Kirlos should be fired because he doesn't verify who people are before giving out prescriptions and will tell you you don't have insurance before even checking who you are or that your information is correct. Avoid this place

Zero regard for others. I had a prescription sent in to be filled and apparently they were out of it, but did not communicate that with me. I called to check on the status and after being on hold for over 30 minutes, they finally answered and said “we are out of it so we just stored the prescription to your account and if we get it in stock we will fill it”. This would have been nice to know when my doctors office was still open so I could have it sent to a different pharmacy instead of having to go the weekend without medication.

I was very pleased with Carlos in the pharmacy, there had been some misunderstanding of My mother's breathing medicine at another Walgreens so I had her medicine transfered to this one & it was wrong after reaching out to Carlos He was able to go back in her history and find it & make it right...i would just like to add it's employees like Carlos that makes your company one that your customers are happy to shop with

Kaitlyn/Kailyn has answered the pharmacy line multiple times in the past few weeks and has been extremely rude, disrespectful, and condescending. She has even gone so far as to start arguments with me regarding my request to transfer prescriptions to this location (2 weeks ago) and about being charged twice for medications (today). After arguing and talking down to me today on the phone, instead of transferring me so I could speak with another pharmacist, she interrupted my question and told me to hold, then proceeded to decline/ignore the phone every time it rang, which is a reminder that she had someone on hold. After 15 minutes I hung up, called back and immediately was able to speak to another pharmacist, who was much more helpful in trying to resolve my issue.I was instructed to come in with receipts to get the double charge taken care of. However, I am currently bedridden so my husband went in my place with all necessary documentation. When he arrived to resolve the issue Kaitlyn/Kailyn was extremely rude and mouthy to him as well. After speaking with the other pharmacist and a store manager to resolve the issue, it was disclosed that this woman has had numerous complaints about her attitude. She was even rude to my elderly father-in-law who went to pick up my prescription this morning.Listen, I have been bedridden for the past month with chronic pain, have been in the ER 5 times (last night being the 5th) and am awaiting surgery. I’m just trying to get my medication and not be charged multiple times. I don’t need some mouthy brat with an attitude causing unnecessary chaos every time I call or send someone to pick something up, on top of what I’m already dealing with. This woman is childish, unprofessional, and completely lacks any empathy for her customers, who are medical patients, I might remind you. After reading other reviews from this location, I don’t understand how this woman still has a job, she has zero customer service skills and absolutely should not be allowed to work in any kind of medical or pharmacy department. Period. It is not ok to keep letting your customers and patients be treated this way. Do better Walgreens
