This pharmacy is unfriendly and incompetent. I've been trying for a year to initiate their program called Save a Trip, that allows one to pick up all the monthly medications at one time. They failed to do this. Lately they've been getting my prescriptions wrong or not filled at all. And the pharmacy manager is very abrasive and rude. Her name is Jessica. I pointed out that I'm missing my blood pressure medication. Instead of checking their records first to verify that I did not receive that medication, she accused of trying get it for free like I'm a common thief. What a piece a work she is.
I now go to CVS in Brentwood where they are friendly, kind and professional. Just the opposite of Walgreens. Walgreens scores high on the suck-o-meter.

Wow is this place the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with!!! Recently, my son had to get two new prescriptions filled where they filled 1 and couldn’t figure out why the 2nd one wasn’t covered by insurance after 40 minutes of waiting they made my son purchase both items or wait until the next day, so he/I paid for them. Turns out the 2nd prescription was in the wrong form and needed to be a tablet not liquid. Caremark shared that with the pharmacy in writing and didn’t attempt to contact the physician nor inform my son. Cost me an unnecessary $60 extra due to their laziness…

The location is so centralized and convenient. This is my usual go to location. Just very disappointing that they advertise on their store front that they’re a 24-hour location but on the door and their google business profile say that their hours are 7A-11P. There was something that a family member needed late in the night but only to see that they were closed. Please remove the “24 Hours” on your store front since you are not that. It’s very misleading and inconvenient.
The only thing that’s keeping me from giving them a 1 star is the Pharmacy. Aside from the one time that I had a bad experience from one employee who had a bad attitude and yelled at me at the drive thru, the rest of the staff every time I came in were knowledgeable, pleasant and had great customer service.

This is by far the most useless pharmacy in the area. The people who work here are incompetent beyond what could be believed. Go to Kroger or better Publix across the street.

The attention of the workers is very bad. and they put an offer ticket and when we were going to pay it came out at the regular price, and the manager never does anything to help the customer, she never helps the customers.

Sad. This place was my go to for late night shopping sprees. But allegedly, they handed out flyers and had signage that they weren’t going to be open 24 hours anymore. Long gone are the days for any late night trips.

When a store says they’re going to close at 10 o’clock can you come out at 15 minutes till 10 expecting them to be open and they’re not it is not a place you want to do business. If you were to deal with Matt inside, I did call to speak to him, and he completely dismissed me, and was very condescending to the customers. Shame on Matt

Started using these guys because they used to be helpful and kind. Lately it’s constant mistakes, lack of compassion, long wait times and a lack of consideration. Not sure if management or staff changed, but my recent experiences have been painfully arduous and rude. It shouldn’t take this much work to get the same prescription each month.This place shouldn’t be allowed to operate the way they are when they have a responsibility to people that are relying on them for their health. They are a mess, and the staff are just rude, communication is horrible and the mistakes are continually a problem.

Called ahead on Christmas was told the Pharmacy was open, but it was closed. Wasted my time driving to it. The photo center is open but not the pharmacy. What a waste of space.

For the THIRD Holiday season in a row. The machine that makes gift tags is "down". For the THIRD time in 3 years I'm told this after my ready is supposed to be ready. I called the store to confirm before submitting the order and confirmed it was working. You guys need to do better!

Not sure how to spell her name I didn't see her name tag but I asked her for it and she said her name was Lanae she helped me so much today and I didn't even have to ask for it. She went out of her way willingly to find me a coupon for my medicine. She is super sweet and need more people like her working in pharmacies. Thank you lanae.

This is absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with in the last 20 years. We have had three separate awful experiences within the last two months between my medication and our children’s medication. Not only is the wait always long, no one acts like they care, and continue to ignore multiple customers, they have continued to put us in a bind with their lack of communication. The most recent example was today when my husband went to pick up eye drops for pink eye. It was called in yesterday from my oncologist. We KNEW there was no way it would be filled in a timely manner so decided to wait until this morning to pick it up. He goes to the pharmacy and they say it is not ready yet. His thought was “of course not “. He said ok, can you fill it now so when I come back it is ready. She said ok. We just called before we drove back up there and now she says that they are out of stock and it will be in the pharmacy in two days. That would have been nice to know earlier now that all the other pharmacies are closed. Again, third time something like this has happened. Before our issue today, we had already said we were switching pharmacies, but this is absolutely ridiculous . Walgreens isn’t a candy store, it is a pharmacy where people get their medication! If you do not want to do that, then close the door. I wish it was one person that was rude or one situation , but it is every person that we have dealt with in the pharmacy. As I was waiting two weeks ago for my son’s antibiotic, the techs were just as rude and uncaring to the three other customers that were there. It is 2023, we are all becoming accustomed to places being short staffed and over worked , but this is another level.
