This place seems more like a Burger King than a pharmacy. It's gone downhill bad. They were giving me monthly problems getting my son's prescription refilled... transferred across the street to Kroger's and not a problem since.

The outside looks run down and abandonedidn't.They're supposed to close at 10P, M, but they're closed at 8 PM and just left a note other than that.I haven't been able to get into the store more to come

I waited TWENTY minutes and not one car got service at drive thru. This wasn't even during a rush hour. I also waited 45 mins before. Almost witnessing fight in parking lot.. just be told at window they run out of amoxiliin for children that my very sick kid needed. The waits for drive thru is ridiculous. Service is terrible. She pharmacy needs serious help.

If I could have given 0 stars I would. This is THE WORST pharmacy I have ever been in my entire life. Too many issues to even list. I transferred to another pharmacy.

This is the WORST pharmacy ever! I’ve been trying to get my grandmother prescriptions for 2 days! My grandmother is on hospice and in pain and this is ridiculous!! I will make sure this is definitely the last time we use this place!!

The Walgreens website allows you to schedule your Covid vaccine. But that doesn’t mean they actually have the vaccine. Found that out the hard way today at their Madison location. Filled out all the documents online and showed up on time for my 11:15 appointment. Oh, we ran out of those in Friday, the pharmacist said. So why was I able to schedule an appointment today, for today? The scheduler and store systems don’t communicate with one another. So what’s the point of taking appointments???????? This is the worst place to get your medicine!! They are closed all the time people can't get their medicine and when they do open you have to wait 2 hrs on something that was supposed to be ready 2 days ago. People can't go days without their meds!! The staff are rude!! You might want to go somewhere else!!!

If you don't have the Walgreens membership card then you will pay double for each item. I swear I've never spent this much on shampoo soap and razors. Just letting ya know, wish I had.
