When a store says they are going to be opening until 10 o’clock and they lock the doors at a quarter till, it is not a place that I wanna do business. I would highly recommend going anywhere besides this particular Walgreens because they are not there for the customer

Ask the manager to use the restroom. she told me no after I was sitting here at the pharmacy for an hour and after she let someone else use the bathroom before me.

I work in the industry so I get it. But when I get off of work I am an expecting customer. Period. I get that the last 10-15 minutes of any establishment is a high-stress period for workers. Everyone is ready to get off of work and I get that. I came to this location at 8:45pm. On Sundays they close at 9. So of course, to my surprise, there is someone sitting at the door and the doors are locked. The nice employee informed me that someone’s folks had died and someone had to leave so there was only 2 ppl there and they could not allow any one in. Of course, this is a very sensitive topic, and quite frankly it didn’t need to be discussed with the public. Perhaps there needs to be another emergency protocol in place bcuz “we are short staffed” without an official sign from corporate is unacceptable. At this point in time, I don’t have the luxury to drive to another location. So this is a complete inconvenience for me. And it would be a shame if that story was a lie to keep the doors locked to ensure the employees get out on time. If there are two ppl in a business, it can legally be ran. Would love to apply to help my community, but this incident makes that application very scary.

Pharmacy is horrible, after getting texts that things are ready for pick up and then driving to get it, not ready. Happens all the time, make sure to call before going, so annoying.

hello good morning. I hope I hope the general manager in the corporate, will read this review and take action. this morning I went to the store which is May 5. as a doctor I have a very busy schedule. I want to buy some hair product and I use the hairspray as I was going to purchase it this sister manager name Chantel. she approached me and said you're going to buy that. Do not use it at the store. I replied of course I will buy it then she said you have an attitude. i'm not sure what planet did you not talk to the people like that with no disrespect and her language was very disrespectful then also she left me so that should be right back. Make me wait for 15 minutes for no reason. this is not acceptable. I've been coming to the store for years. I've never had a problem. All the management and staff are amazing. They treat me with respect and kindness. this is the reason why I come here. Absolutely unacceptable. She did this morning. And this does not reflect on the other Walgreen staff they work there. thank you

Got a PCR test the morning of 5/4 and was told it would take 48 hours to get results. I called Aegis (their partner for lab testing) on 5/7 and they said it would be posted that day… it’s now 5/9 and I still don’t have my results. Not the most efficient testing… My friends got their tests done with CVS and got the results within 24 hours. If you look at the reviews for Walgreens and Aegis, this seems to be a recurring issue. Go to CVS instead.
