This Walgreens has been used by customers for years and generally provides friendly service. The staff try their best, and many customers appreciate the helpful and friendly employees, especially in the pharmacy. One customer highlighted that the pharmacy staff answered questions without judgment and was very helpful. However, recent changes have impacted convenience. The pharmacy now closes at 6 PM, which is difficult for customers who work regular hours, and this has caused issues, especially when waiting in line close to closing time. Customers have experienced long lines, and the drive-through was reported as out of order at times. The pharmacy is often short-staffed, leading to long wait times and the need to close for lunch daily. Despite the higher prices compared to other stores, many customers remain loyal, valuing the overall services and product availability. Overall, while the store offers good products and friendly service, pharmacy hours and staffing are areas that need improvement to better serve customers.
Pharmacy is closed on weekends. Takes forever to get medicine even filled (days). The store is ok if you just need to get a Gatorade. But that’s all this Walgreens location is good for. I understand they might be understaffed but still. That’s no excuse. Find a better Walgreens.

an absolute shell of its former self. staffing is at post-apocalyptic levels.

I live across the street, and the pharmacy has a drive-through, but I make an extra 30 minute trip to Publix to get my prescriptions instead. It’s that bad.
