Need my daughter’s prescription to be filled , you guys discard her refills during the holidays , it was there and then disappeared out of the system even though she had 3 refills a week before I called about it

Had a prescription called in and decided to call to see when it would be ready, they say Monday but can queue it and have it ready in an hour. I opted for this being as it was muscle relaxers and I was in pain. I go a whole hour after it’s supposed to be ready and they tell me “we will have this ready Monday (two days later)” I tell them I spoke to someone and she said today… fast forward I get a call, it’s ready. I drive there a second time after receiving the call and they had closed the pharmacy early due to weather. Of course I want everyone to be safe, but at least give me some sort of heads up you’re closing early if you’re going to call and say my prescription is ready not even 20 min prior. Very frustrating to say the least… and still in pain!

Haven't been here yet this year for a prescription that was ready in less than 24 hours after being called in. You're taking your life in your hands if it's a timely medicine. And there's always 10 people in line, 5 pharmacists but only 1 helping customers

Every time I go to get my prescription I have to wait unreasonable amount of time no matter if it is busy or not. The longest was 3days because they did not have the medication in the right milligram and they said they could not get ahold of the doctor. My doctor is never out of pocket for 3 days. If it where a life and death medication I guess they would let me die. And the techs have terrible attitudes

Two nite mgr’s on duty 08/02/23 was so disrespectful to myself as a customer, because I was upset about my picture magnets weren’t process , because they quoted, “Sir we don’t know how to do this, you will have to come back tomorrow during day shift !” Seriously?!?! Furthermore, Tina (one of the managers) told me that there’s plenty other Walgreens that I could to! I’ve spent hundreds of dollars in the photo department over the past two years for work functions, but I will do want Tina said—- find another Walgreens, & with the poor ratings & awful customer service, I hope this is one of the stores that Walgreens will close permanently!

This place is the worst. They're constantly going against my doctor's instructions, changing my pill quantity, saying they'll contact my doctor but then never do and leave me waiting for my very necessary medication for weeks. I'm going back to Kroger Pharmacy, they never gave me issues.

Like another reviewer, I visited on a weekend, and the young woman at the counter ignored me and persisted in a conversation with the young woman at the opposite counter. I finally said, “Can I get…” and she stopped me and kept chatting. I then said, “Are you seriously going to ignore me?”, to which she replied, “I’m having a conversation”. Then I talked with the young manager- absolutely no help. He felt the need to defend his employee, and sent her to work elsewhere in the store. This behavior, described in another person’s review, is unacceptable. I am shocked, and can say that I’ll never darken the door of this store again. What a brat. The manager was no help; when your employee causes a customer to become incensed, pay attention. Not everyone is a “Karen”. This happened 4/29/2023 at 4:00 pm FWIW.

Shopping at Walgreens has simply turned into a miserable experience. Simply putting the pharmacy staff at the Nashville and Dixon locations or is rude as they could possibly be and neither on normal family will be using them Walgreens in the future.

The pharmacy is so backed up that I waited for nearly two hours to get my covid booster vaccine. I understand this a systemic issue and not the local team's fault, but it seems like there may be an opportunity to streamline the appointment system or eliminate that process entirely if you can't fulfill the booked times.

Worst Walgreens you could use in Nashville! They always mess something up. I waited in line for an hour to pick up my moms prescriptions, she’s on hospice care, only to be told THEY didn’t bill it correctly under the hospice. They then proceeded to tell me it would take another hour before the medications could be picked up because of THEIR issue. It’s not the first and you always have to wait forever.
