While visiting Nashville last week for my niece"s graduation from Vanderbilt, my travelling companion unexpectedly became ill. He needed a prescription for an antibiotic filled. We truly were blessed to have Manager Lana be the pharmacist on duty! She went above and beyond to find us the best price. Her compassion touched us deeply.

I am a regular and the manager (his name is Jefferson I think) is completely inappropriate . Was there just picking up some things where I witness the manager encourage an employee to tackle a customer who was stealing. Poor guy looked homeless and was just getting some laundry detergent, god forbid. Completely against policy and I hope that weirdo gets fired. He also asks police who are just there to shop for ways to get the homeless people arrested when they have every right to be there. He’s been there as long as I’ve shopped there and he completely ruins the experience for the customers, and clearly the staff look miserable. HR needs to fire him.

I went to Walgreens today to pick up a prescription. Outside near the store there was a pregnant woman who needed food, so I offered to accompany her inside to buy her something to eat. The manager(?) did not allow me to make the purchase and he kicked us both out because she was "begging" for food. I understand that the store may have a policy to not allow "beggars" to come inside (which is extremely dehumanizing), but he did not even allow me, a regular paying customer, to help her out by buying some food.
He was very rude and lacked any empathy for this hungry pregnant woman, which made me feel very disgusted. I have gone to this Walgreens many times before for purchases and prescriptions and I have had great experiences with the pharmacists and store clerks (they're awesome!), but I will not be coming back because of my interaction with the manager.

I had surgery and they forgot to include my pain medicine which I suppose to take it every 4 hours, and i noticed that’s after they closed, actually if i know any way to suing them i will do it , i spent very bad night last night

What a garbage operation these people are running. DO NOT GET PHOTOS DEVELOPED HERE. I was given only 10/50 pictures that I took, in singles (despite selecting doubles), and then was told they destroyed the only photos that remained. Not a single apology was offered by these losers.

Was told by an old manager Melissa I wasn't fit to become a dh working here. I never understood why, I was so dedicated & & loved walgreens as a company. Use to work all the way until 4-12 am here even though I had a son home who needed me through those hours. Was very mistreated working here & never understood why. A customer that came here a lot said it was because I'm black & they do black women like this in their work field. I didn't want to think that but that could be the only reason. She also accused me of stealing $100 out the register once, after they did a whole investigation about it they seen i never took any money. Didnt get an apology or anything after. ?

Placed a pickup order to be picked up with a prescription. Paid for items and prescription online. Went in to get everything and they handed me a bag. Found out they didn't include the prescription. Had to drive back where I had to pay _again_ for the prescription. Since the card on record refused to pay twice, they were irritated that I only had a large bill to pay with, waiting to see if it's actually refunded to my card. Don't waste your time or money. I wish I'd read the reviews before sending my prescriptions there.
