Absolutely terrible customer service at the Pharmacy, would not recommend anyone use this as their pharmacy. Horrendous customer service and overall experience.

I am very disappointed in this stores pharmacy. Closed for 4 days? During Thanksgiving weekend??? I am finally tired enough to change to Kroger pharmacy. At least I would get fuel points!!Thanx

Pharmacy counter unhelpful & uncaring when trying to get a vaccine appointment and directions to the other Walgreens. D*** looks don't impress.

They are very ghetto. Got a real ghetto girl at the pharmacy counter. They don't care about scheduled appointments. Also I scheduled a booster and they tried to give me the wrong kind! Highly would NEVER RECOMMEND

Ah, I wish I bad read reviews first. I have actually lived near this location for 11 years. It's rare that I go into the store because I just use it for mainly pharmacy drive through. I decided to update my cosmetics collection and needed a few items and I physically went into the store. I walked down the cosmetics aisle and heard "customer needs help in the cosmetics department." I heard the page and I was the only one in that aisle and I was so confused. I never requested assistance. Now I know they are racially profiling, I plan to return a few times and have video footage. I will send this to the corporate office to see how it's handled. I have no problem continuing to pursue this matter and send video footage to the local news stations. These are things that WILL change because Black/African American people will fight back. There are plenty of Black/African American people that live in this neighborhood that can come together to make sure this doesn't continue to happen. Walgreens did start back in the 50's where no one said anything about their discriminating ways. It's not the 50's anymore. The time for change and showing equality has passed. It's time the change to happen.

DO NOT GO TO THE PHOTO DEPARTMENT IF YOU NEED PHOTOS PRINTED. This is now the second time I have been given trouble about printing pictures that were taken by a local photographer who did NOT give me a copy right form. I have never been given this much trouble at a Walgreens before. This past weekend, I went to get photos from there and showed proof of all the 200 photos sent to me by the photographer, SINCE A COPY RIGHT WAS NOT PROVIDED TO ME. Any time I get my photos done by a local photographer - THEY DO NOT EVER PROVIDE A COPYRIGHT FORM - THEY DO NOT CARE WHAT I DO WITH THE PHOTOS I HAVE PAID FOR AFTER THEY SEND THEM TO ME!!!!!!!!! I ordered photos again later this week and received a voicemail on Tuesday from the manager saying she needed a copy right or website showing the pictures. As I went today to get the photos I had printed and was going to show every single picture sent to be by the photographer TO DO WITH THEM AS I WISH, the employee told me she could not allow that, even after I said the manager left me a voicemail saying proof of website for photos was needed, the employee proceeded to say the manager needs to put that in writing and sign it- HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW THE MANAGER NEEDED TO PUT WHAT SHE SAID TO ME IN A VOICEMAIL IN WRITING. I am very furious to say the least and will not ever be returning to this Walgreens. I only came to this one because it is a lot more clean than the one closest to me, but my god, I have never been given this much trouble over photos that are going to be on the wall of my home!!!!!!! I have been printing photos from Walgreens - PROFESSIONAL PHOTOS I might add for almost 10 years now and have never had this hard of a time. I am very disappointed.

This place has employees that will racially profile you. Any time 'we' go on the makeup aisle they hollering out "customer needs assistance in cosmetics" mind you I'm the only one on the aisle and I haven't asked anyone for help... today Laura (I believe that was her name) kept coming down the aisle we were on pretending to look for an item or barcode. All that I said was "really ma'am???" And she already knew what I was insinuating before I even said anything else. I won't be returning here and I advise ALL BLACK PEOPLE TO TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!

I got my electronic prescription sent here and I called immediately after to see how long it would take. They said they were looking at the prescription now and they told me about 15 minutes. . . great! I drove in about 30 minutes later and they told me they didn't have it in stock and could get it to me a few days later. And tried to walk away. #1: why didn't you tell me over the phone that you didn't have it in stock and save me a trip, wasting my gas. She didn't offer to call any other pharmacies or help me out, I had to ask to see if any others had it. #2: I requested if any other Walgreens close by had it in stock, she said the closest one was 30 miles away. What kind of pharmacy supply does not have medications in stock at MULTIPLE METROPOLITAN AREAS??? Very disappointed and will not be visiting ANY Walgreens anymore.

The pharmacy here is great. They are always super helpful with any questions you might have. They don't give you those whacky looks for whatever it is you're buying. Nathan is always a super helpful person to talk to. There have been a few times I have had questions about my prescription price, and he is always super nice about how he helps. Love my neighborhood Walgreens!
