I get my prescriptions filled from here and it's literally the worst pharmacy ever. I've got all of my stuff on auto re-fill and get calls and texts when it is ready. EVERY TIME I COME TO PICK UP THEY TELL ME IT'S NOT READY. Just over it. So annoying

I received a text from the Madison Walgreens's at Divkerson 7/12/22 saying my prescription was ready. I went to the store on Wednesday 7/13/22 to pick up my prescription and was told it was not ready and would not be in until Thursday 7/14/22. I mentioned to the associate I had gotten a text saying it was ready. She responded in a condescending tone "it's not here and it won't be here tomorrow after 2:00". I told her that I had a refill on the same medication, but a different strength and asked if they had that in stock. The pharmacists in the back said "but asked us to order the other one". Which I did, but they didn't get it when they said they would have it so I opted for the one in stock. After the transaction was completed I asked the associate if she understood my frustration. She responded, yea I understand. I mentioned to her if she had said that she understood my frustration instead of defending their system it would have gone a long way. She then said with an indifferent tone ' sorry about your frustration'. It would have been better had she not said it than to say it with a facial expression like I don't mean and with a tone like I don't care. I have been a customer of Walgreens for many years. I have had experiences that were not up to par and I chalked it to the associate having a bad day. Or perhaps there was a bad experience with a previous customer and I was the next customer and had to bear the brunt of what may have happened. Whatever the reason I just couldn't let this one go. I think some customer service training is in order

It takes forever to get my scripts and there has never been some kind of mix up. Just today I spent 4 hours on hold 3o mins at a time to be hung up on. My doctor actually sent the scripts yesterday and today They couldn't f8nd them after my daughter went to pick up. We were told they were ready. She got half my order. When I got through they find one of the 2 but didn't fill it. And also said they would call the doc to send the script yet again. 45 mins on hold they can't find it. They were surprised to deliver. I have had surgery I'm in pain for 2 days. And have no I e to pi k up. This has happened over and over. Looking for someplace new

This pharmacy used to be great. It sucks since Covid hit! You can be on hold for 35 minutes and the phone automatically hangs up. Been waiting on my blood pressure medicine and other important meds for two days it’s still processing. This is the most unprofessional mess that I’ve ever seen!

The Walgreens that I go to the pharmacy that they treat the customers inside the store very unfairly I honestly feel like it should be they can have a line all the way to the back of the store and they will act like they don't see 1 star

STAFF IS FANTASTIC, but they are always short staffed so wait times inside or outside are usually atrocious.

Just curious why they allow you to make an appointment with the pharmacy when they end up taking first come first serve. I made an appointment for a reason but had to wait behind walk-Ins.

The pharmacy staff was so rude!!!! I called in advance to pick up some basic over the counter medicine. ( I had a possible Covid interaction and I didn't want to go inside the store. So I called ahead to inform the staff of my situation. I was told to pick up the medicine at the pharmacy anytime before 9pm.) I showed up right at 6pm. I spoke with the pharmacist, explained what happened, and she wouldn't help me. Actually, she told me to go inside and get it myself AFTER I already told her that I could potentially have Covid. WOW. That shows just how much they care. I'm giving 2 stars because the staff inside that I spoke with in advance was very nice.
