The customer service has gone to pot since Julie and Tom have left as the head pharmacists. I was just berated by Francesca because she didn’t like that I had been waiting in the drive through and another vehicle had come behind me. They had black tape over the call button. I finally hit the button after waiting for awhile and she didn’t like it. This used to be the best pharmacy around. Now it’s the worst ???

I think it’s more about the corporate Walgreens than this specific location, but man, it’s a nightmare to get prescriptions from here. Avoid Walgreens if you can.

Terrible customer service. I called for an update on a pending prescription that no longer showed on my patient portal. The technician was repeatedly abrupt and quick to cut me off, eventually ending the call and hanging up while I was in the middle of a sentence. I called and spoke to the pharmacy manager, and she was more than willing to make excuses and remind me that they are very busy and their work is “taxing.” When I explained that I work on the provider side of patient care and that there is no excuse to treat patients in such a way, she doubled down and reminded me of the taxing nature of pharmacy work. I reminded her that when I’m the patient on the phone, I deserve attention. More excuses.So this is the type of pharmacy you will be dealing with, should you have your prescriptions sent here. I’m willing to gamble on there being better options out there.

Some of the worst customer service I've ever run into. Communication is almost no-existant. The "Auto refill" option doesn't work. Attitude from most of the crew is rude and uncaring, sometimes condescending.

This Walgreens is extremely convenient and the employees are friendly. My problem is the pharmacy. The people in the pharmacy are great; but they need more people!! The drive through is out of order, the line inside is long, they close everyday for lunch, now they close at 6pm. Please, get more pharmacy help, Walgreens!

The pharmacist and all pharmacy employees care nothing about service and want to do the least amount of work possible in the most amount of time. Tried to get a Covid shot and they keep changing their availability time, say they all take lunch at the same time, close during the day and claim you have to have an appointment with nobody in line during normal open hours.

The staff is always very helpful and friendly at this Walgreens. It is clean and well stocked and a calm place to shop after a busy day at work. The photo dept staff has been really helpful and even let me sit and sort through my photos to make sure they looked they way I wanted.

When in a good decent mood gets interrupted. There's no need to stare at me with such concentration on the way i look, the way i dress, the way i walk. Stop the profiling and judging others please. Only God can and will. I have no desire to actually shop and buy ever come back to this location.

I use the Belle Meade Walgreens at 4243 Harding all the time. Staff is excellent - hard working and very polite and efficient.

Not only do they not require masks of their customers, only one staff member was wearing one -- from cashiers to personnel restocking the shelves to others walking through the store. The cashier was behind glass, but still no mask. Not cool, especially from a pharmacy where you'd think they cared about our health.
