Never answer the phone just keep picking up and putting you on hold without ever saying anything. When someone is trying to inquire about medicine, this is horrible customer service.

Worst pharmacy in north Nashville. ALWAYS Takes 30 plus mins to pick up prescriptions that are already filled! Workers have bad attitude & no care for urgency. No worker will even acknowledge you. Switched over to Kroger’s after this

The residents of the Nashville Bordeaux area deserve a cleaner store with better management! The floors are filthy especially back in the pharmacy area. The floor in the privacy room where my vaccines were administered were filthy. And the manager Melissa walked past me when i asked to meet with her to complain and assiduously avoided meeting with me when i waited 20 minutes and tried to catch her outdoors on her cigarette break to speak with her. Sent word with one of the workers for me to call the 800 number! The store clerks were understanding and kind. The dirty store reflects the poor management of the store. Northwest Nashville deserves better! Intolerable! Unacceptable.

Gave me the wrong medication. I noticed one of my pills looked slightly different than the others so I decided to Google the numbers and letters on the pill and, lo and behold, it was a totally different medication. This could be a huge fatal error in so many situations. I've tried to call to tell them this happened, but could never get through. The staff is rude. On a different occurrence I was not given the full equipment for my prescribed medication and when I called the pharmacy about it the person who answered made me feel as if it was my fault that I was not given it. Just been very unpleased for a while, but the medication error warrants a warning to others.

I went to Walgreens on Monday for my flu vaccine required to work. I left with a 3rd covid vaccine instead. It was too early for me to recieve a booster, I had just got my 2nd covid vaccine for work in September. Although all paperwork and consent that I signed said FLU VACCINE on it, and the pharmacist yelled my name followed by FLU VACCINE...he handed me a covid immunization record stating I had just had a first dose of Pfizer. The absolute worst pharmacy I have ever used. No matter if you try the drive-through you're going to wait at least 15-20 minutes, in my case today I was second in line and waited 47 minutes. If you go inside it's no better dirty, people screaming about their prescriptions and far understaffed. Do you yourself a favor and call your prescription in to the one on Rosa Parks

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I will drive 2 hours before I ever step foot in this store again!! THEY LOST A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE HARD COPY PRESCRIPTION ONLY REASON THEY EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED TO LOSING IT IS BECAUSE I HAD SCREENSHOT EVIDENCE PROOF VIA EMAIL!!! THE SAD THING IS THE REAL PHARMACISTS ARE EVEN WORSE THAN THE TECHS! Atleast the techs try!!!!UPDATE: If you have tricare go to Walmart instead. Same prescription w/insurance at Walmart is $8 at Walgreens it was $40. Something doesn’t add up.

This is the worst service I have ever had at a pharmacy. I was in line for 2 hours only to be told that my medication was not ready AFTER they called me to tell me it was ready. I will never be back.

the walgreens at the corner of Clarksville Pike and Buena Vista is absolutely aweful. They have the rudest workers in customer service next to Wal-Mart!! So glad my insurance no longer has me on lock to fill here!!
