Customer service isn’t the best. When I order my medication using the app., often my request is deleted, and I have to call the pharmacy. When I called the pharmacy, I am put on hold endlessly most of the time. Prices are reasonable enough and staff are helpful in person but wait times at the drive thru can be very long. I feel they are understaffed and that makes ordering and picking up your meds much harder than it needs to be.

I've had previous experiences here (pharmacy) that haven't been the best but I'll say I feel like management has changed recently or something. Everyone seems to know their stuff and is super polite and accommodating. This has now happened a few times in a row so I felt like commenting on the improvement. It's appreciated.

The 'Karen' manager lady with the glasses is horrendous at this location. The aisles aren't stocked, the employees are miserable,Store is dirty and the lines are always long. We honestly need a CVS on 8th Ave, Walgreens is consistently awful

Wonderful staff at the pharmacy! Always professional, and understaffed. Hours changed, making it harder for employees, and customes. Total incompetents of the retail part of the store. High turn over, manager, regional manager? Hostile should not work in retail.

Among other problems like using Express Pay before the employees got the memo on how to deal with the transaction, the Pharmacy Tech shooed me away after finally finding MY meds, to help someone and started a whole new transaction with another person while she had my meds out flopping them on the counter I guess. THEN by that time, she was so confused that she gave my prescription to the person that she just told didn't have a prescription left to fill, so I guess she just thought she'd give her mine. Well, the customer luckily noticed that it was not hers and came back to the pharmacy counter. I'd like to thank that customer for bringing it back. This is horrible and I'm sorry I didn't know quite what to do when I got there because the guy in the front said go to the photo counter to pick up. etc...It was a horrible experience. Their website could do a better job of letting you know how to go through this painful thing they're calling Express Pay. My order (of three other items) AND my prescription were paid for online in the same transaction in Express Pay. Manager says I have to pay for my meds again. Wrong! Showed her my bank account on my phone. They continued to be rude. I left without getting my original receipt back because the tech didn't know where it was. How nice. I know they have been understaffed and I understand that. However, this was a bad experience. It is dangerous to give the wrong customer the wrong med. Just unbelievable. (edit: It should all be on the video.) (edit2: To be fair, I was at the Pharmacy just the day before yesterday getting a partial refill and had an awesome experience. I'm not sure what happened yesterday, to be honest. They are also still "adjusting" things on my credit card. That's scary. All in all, yesterday sucked.)

The pharmacist has always been friendly to me but it seems like they are understaffed and need more help. The service here is extraordinarily slow. It's the only drive through pharmacy in this area so we keep returning, but I wish there was somewhere else to choose from. Anywhere else. It's pretty much the worst possible experience each time I visit - but, they have always provided the correct medication so that is a plus!

Don't go here for a covid test. I went last week and they mislabeled my test so I waited a couple days to find out my test wasn't even eligible to be tested.

I normally wouldn't post something like this, but due to the circumstances, thought it was appropriate. The Nashville style of dealing with Covid in phase 2 of opening has been varied. It seems like business are catering to their clientele more than following health guidance. I think that as a consumer, you can make educated choices of patronizing depending on your comfort level, however Walgreens is healthcare oriented and I would expect them to conduct themselves as such. This location isn't enforcing masks or aisle social distancing. At the register, the checkout rep removes her mask each time she bags an item, does not disinfect the POS pin pad between customers, and wasn't wearing gloves. Heck, there wasn't even a bottle of hand sanitizer at the register. When the local convenience store is taking health protection more seriously than the local pharmacy, it's worth pointing out the irony and potential risk. Might be better to shop here for delivery than to enter the store, or go somewhere else.

Every single time I come here, I think to myself, don't keep coming here. The pharmacy is so slow. The people working here are slow and almost seems deliberate. When the line is backing up, they still just seem like they are working in slow motion.

The worst pharmacy in the area. Avoid at all costs. Extremely slow and inefficient. Nobody seems to know what's going on. Painful to say the least. save your time and go elsewhere.

The pharmacy here sucks. It seems like every time I'm simply trying to pick up a prescription there is always a problem, the line is horrendous, and the pharmacists are slow and look miserable themselves. Pick another pharmacy please!
