In the month on January I contacted the pharmacy about missing 30 pain pills from a prescription. I went through the chain of command asking to speak to Manager of pharmacy whom was out of the store for the next few days. Then speaking to the assistant manager who procedes to tell me the pills and either counted by machine or by person (double counted) and their is no possible room for my pills to be missing. During this conversation, I feel as if I am treated as person who is making this up or trying to abuse the system in some kind of way so I asked to speak to store manager. They advised me to wait until pharmacist return. I feel uneasy about waiting so I contacted t corporate with a complaint on January 16th and was told I would receive a call within 48 hours. I wait 72 hours and called them back and was told my call would be elevated and someone should reach out again in the next 48 hours. A week and a half goes by and someone from Walgreens calls me to tell me they had put in some wrong contact information from my call in needed to correct it and guaranteed me a call back. Here we are February 23rd and I still haven't received a call. As a person with chronic illness that suffered from the 30 missing pills to get through my day to day activities and might I add being a loyal customer of walgreens for at least 15 years I would like to think something as important as 30 Narcotics would be high priority for a company as such. I will no longer be filling with this pharmacy and would like to warn people about filling here. Rather human error or a worker stealing this problem has still not been addressed. Not everyone on pain meds abuses them. Some use them as prescribed and take them to live somewhat a normal life. Signed a paraplegic with severe arthritis and chronic wounds.

Had been out of Ozempic for over 2 months snd it finally came in went to get it and was 238.00$ told them I had just started my new insurance and Medicare and wanted to make sure all my insurance was in place before paying this amount ! Told me they would hold it till Monday got message with this on it ! Came in Sunday they gave it to somebody else ! Had my name on the box marked hold ! Get way to treat a senior Diabetic patient

Your Russellville Kentucky location could have killed my 80 year old mother by dispensing the wrong blood pressure medication to her. I’ve called and been promised so many call backs and no one will call me back. Doctor called in a change of blood pressure medication dosage which included raising one and lowering another. Mom is a retired RN of 40 years and knew something was wrong with the dosage Walgreens tried to give her as it would have sent her blood pressure through the floor and probably killed her. The pharmacy employees argued with her about this until mom noticed the order on the walgreen employee screen. Your employee was careless and no one bothered to read the full order from the doctor. This is after she was lied to and told they called her doctor and she confirmed with the doctor’s office that was false. Is this how you do business? Halfway reading prescription orders and badgering elderly women for noticing your carelessness? She still does not know what the four pills she was sent home with the first day were.

On February the 4th, my PCP put thru Nitroglycerin and Entresto. Picked up the Nitro and was told by pharmacist they had ran out and just ordered it. I kept an eye out for Walgreen’s text message service but no response. Called Walgreen’s pharmacy on Sunday the 6th, was informed that they had put it up since it wasn’t picked up. I replied that I wasn’t notified ~ not even via their text messaging system.I informed that pharmacist that this wasn’t acceptable especially since Entresto is a critical heart medication (as pharmacist they should be well aware of the urgency for this particular Med) and then asked for the Pharmacy Manager to call me back. Didn’t happen. I called back the next day and reminded them that I was still waiting for the Manager to call me back. Another pharmacist replied the Manager deemed that my doctor would need to call the Entresto prescription again.That Walgreen’s pharmacy did not even bother to call back my primary. No accepting responsibility that it was their goof up. Today is the 14th of February and I still don’t have my Entresto. Upon my demise due to this callous, irresponsible, don’t care less attitude, imagine the lawsuit that will be filled on my behalf. At this point I seriously have to ponder at Walgreen’s professionalism and competence.

Avoid Walgreens 732 Main Street Hendersonville to, rude staff. Ordered Christmas pictures -cards and did not get envelopes. This is my 8th year ordering and I always get envelopes. One clerk said maybe you got prints, the other said need your receipt. Asked for a manager and pulled out my Photo envelope that the pictures came in and clearly on the package it stated a set of 20. Pulled up the app on my phone. No where does it state that envelopes are not included under cards. Manager said she would give me some, I declined and asked her where on the app does it state that ? She could tell me and said we only do what the machine says. I will never order from Walgreens again and will go out of my way to do business else where.

Your site is unavailable for COVID test scheduling. The message is so garbled for your 8th Avenue store in Nashville, that it is literally incomprehensible. This needs to be dealt with immediately. If I could give less than a one, I would.

I really hate your commercials with the people almost saying a cuss word. I really think somebody can come up with a better idea for your commercials instead of using partial cuss words. You are better than this.

Do not purchase a Walgreens gift card from any location..its a scam..they will take your money and no money added to the card when you use it. They will not refund your money. I filed a complaint with BBB and Walgreens Corporate. Walgreens constantly lying over and over..???

I needed to purchase health-related items but left them in a bin near the checkout because the cashier was unmasked, leaning over the counter to invade a proper social distance and wore no gloves. This is supposed to be a health care-providing business that leads the way in proper preventative procedures as dictated by scientists and doctors throughout the world. I will again never walk through the door of another Walgreens. Even the nurse practitioner who attended me said he was leaving the company due to Walgreens’ lack of attention to proper COVID procedures. I have pictures of this cashier but see no way to post them here.

I was very disappointed to see that Walmart pharmacy employees were not wearing a mask or gloves while handling my order. Otherwise, I have always received excellent service.

I have touched the hot stove for the last time dealing with the walgreens on Charlotte Avenue. The pharmacy techs are great and you can tell they are uncomfortable by the cold, ridged, nasty behavior of the pharmacist. I was told for no reason I needed to go to another walgreens. I feel like they were being rasist and something needs to be done about. I won't talk my whole story here but I will say I will follow up with this until the end of time. If you want to feel appreciated and enjoy where you choose to spend your money, drive as fast as you can in the opposite direction. Everyone isn't saying the same thing for nothing.
