All of my adult life I have been going to Doctors Value Vision and then VisionWorks but no more! For the past year, I have been having very bad headaches and could not figure out why. I have gone to the doctors office, spending unnecessary money to have tests run only to find out from a local eye care center, that the prescription that I have been wearing is too strong (glasses and contacts). The optometrist asked if I had been having random headaches and when I answered "yes", she said "well, that's because your eyeglass and contact lens prescriptions are too strong". Not only that but, I only wear my contacts on the weekends (maybe less than 5 days a month) so it was more cost effective for me to purchase daily wear instead of the 2 week disposables but Visionworks did not inform me of this. They just let me spend unnecessary money. Last year when I got my eye exam and glasses here, my two weeks were up and I still had not received my glasses. I would call and get left on hold or no answer at all. I finally drove to the Green Hills location only to be told that the glasses came in but could not be found (there were a few others told the same before me). They were having staff issues where the entire staff was let go or quit and the people filling in from other stores were just lost! Over a month later, I finally received my glasses. The best thing about VisionWorks Green Hills is that they carry the COACH frames that I like. I will NEVER return to VisionWorks! Ducklo Eyecare is where I will be from now on and yes they carry COACH frames and SO MUCH MORE!

I didn’t have an appointment, but was able to get in and get out quick. They had in stock the Ray Ban frames I wanted. So I just told her to do the glasses the way my previous pair of Ray Bans were done. Easy and out the door I went. Will get them in two weeks.

Visionworks was very efficient and friendly.. they all took extra time to make sure I was completely comfortable and satisfied with my eye exam and my choice of frames for my new glasses.

Just walked in to fix my glasses before a holiday trip, Eric took a look and fixed them up in minutes! He went as far as finding the perfect screw and heating them up to bend them back to frame. They’re in better shape then when I first bought them!

I had an excellent experience. Easy to make an appointment, no wait, and wonderful customer service from beginning to end. Nia was a great help while choosing frames! I was able to choose several pairs within my budget.

very rude staff from the receptionist to the optometrist. The optometrist answered no questions and she seemed annoyed to even ask. she watched videos on her phone while I tried to put contacts in. The young girls at the desk were rude and giggled at a question that was asked as if it was stupid. horrible customer service. decided to go with Warby Parker MUCH BETTER.

My experience this morning was so great, I must share. Dawn provided me with superior service. There were initial issues with my insurance portal not reflecting properly, she got it resolved. She explained the vision products thoroughly, and was patient while I made decisions. Also, my current pair of frames were in need of a fix and she took care of it. The staff here are so great!!!

I went in for an eye exam and explained I have not been in a few years. I felt VERY rushed through the process with little to no explanation. Even after asking them questions I felt nothing was explained to me. during my contact fitting (first time trying on contacts) the optometrist was clearly more focused on what was on her iPad at the time. I even asked for guidance as I have never tried on contacts. As I was in the process children were running around and kicking my chair AS IM TRYING ON MY CONTACTS! not to mention the child that was staring at me during my appointment felt very uncomfortable. Dawn was the only one who I felt helped me and was happy to help.

VisionWorks @ Nashville West is by far the “Best” when it comes to customer care and merchandise quality. Every rep in the store is friendly and focused on you. I am hard to please after I lost my favorite Optometrist for over 30 years. I will now make VisionWorks my permanent home. ?

I have always bought at Visionworks but had a problem with my last pair. One day without warning, my ear piece just flew off. It wasn't the screw but rather a major frame malfunction. Just 2 weeks later I went to Visionworks to find a new pair. Unbelievably, while I was shopping for frames, the 1 remaining ear piece burst off of my face! ? The agent told me they were beyond repair and offered to Super Glue the earpiece in place so I could safely see to drive home.That day I narrowed my choice down to 2 pairs of frames, which they had to order. That was well over 10 days ago and I haven't heard from Visionworks.✴️ EDIT: After 20 days, I did receive a kind, informative voicemail from Kayla, my great Service Rep telling me the frames had arrived!Additionally, the boss folks at Visionworks replied to my review with kindness and professionalism. I very much appreciated the follow up.

I don’t understand how good company hired unprofessional staff and this is after 2 experience with you.I went there in Charlotte and I request 2 pairs of glasses after I did the exam for my eyes with the doctor, then I picked up two pairs and they got the prescription and it says exactly that I need the progressive glasses and after I paid $227 I left and they told me I’m going to text you when it’s ready. Then I got the message it’s ready I went there and every thing they did was completely wrong They refund me the money and I lost the money exam and they said we cannot. Do any thing. The manager he wasn’t there, Eric so I went to cool Spring location and they help me do get one glasses and I paid again extra money.Sorry but unprofessional staff in Charlotte
