My 21st birthday private shopping experience here was one I will never forget. Alyssa was absolutely amazing and made it a wonderful event. My friends and I bought such cute clothing items!! 10/10 always!! I also love to shop Vici online as they have such a great variety of clothing.

I’ve ordered a handful of times from VICI online and the latest order was awful. I bought a dress that has a clear manufacture defect (part of the dress is stitched together where the zipper opens) and because I didn’t contact them within 24-48 hours, there is “nothing they could do about it”, aka no refund or give me an actual dress that isn’t messed up. Somehow their lack of quality control becomes my problem. Warning to those that buy: make sure you check your items ASAP if you want any chance of them fixing their mistakes.

I would give 10plus stars for Emme! She was an amazing stylist found the perfect pair of shoes for me for a pair of pants I was buying and could not have been more lovely and friendly! Outstanding customer service ! Above and beyond !

Terrible experience. I walked in the store and wasn’t even acknowledged. This is the 2nd time that this has happened to me. None of the employees were helpful all 5 employees ignored me and I was the only customer in the store. Very disappointed will not be returning to this location or shopping with the brand anymore.

After losing my husband to cancer a few years ago, I’ve finally decided to immerse myself in the dating world again. But, after searching through my closet, I realized all my garments were old, boring, and dated. I decided to take a chance and visit Vici, an attempt to reinvent myself and hopefully find a piece that makes me feel young again. Stepping into Vici, I felt like a giddy schoolgirl again. Ella, the angel in disguise, picked out a garment that made me feel young, vibrant, and beautiful. It took me back to a time when life was simpler and love was new. I couldn't help but shed a few tears in the dressing room. It wasn't just about a piece of clothing, it was about rediscovering a part of myself that I thought was lost forever. I am forever grateful to Ella and Vici for giving me back my confidence. I'll definitely be a regular here. Thank you Vici, you’ve given me back a spark that I thought I’d never get back.

Disappointed as a Nashville resident. This location use to accept returns in store. The policy changed to only allow store credit only. This would’ve been better received if “no returns” been posted near the register or a reminder at time of sale. I went off memory when they use to accept returns, I know it’s my responsibility to check again. This would be fine to use the credit in store however I haven’t found at many cute items as the quality of the items has drastically declined, items feel cheaper and aren’t as on trend. Due to these changes I would not recommend nor will shop here in the future.

I’ve been shopping a Vici for years, and to my disappointment, their prices keep getting higher and the quality of clothing keeps getting lower. I’ve had to return about 80-90% of online items I’ve bought this year because the quality/fit is so poor. If they’re going to sell clothes this cheaply made, the prices should reflect the poor quality.

Went to vici today right after the storm. You can tell the two employees were not excited to have customers in the store and were too involved with the conversations they were currently having. Not once was I asked if I needed help, not once was I check on in the fitting room; to see if I needed a different size. The conversations that were occurring made it feel, I was the inconvenience where I couldn’t ask for help. The only conversation that occurred was when I finally put the three dresses on the rack and headed out the door , “ was have a great day.” Very disappointed with the store and their staff!

I’m so sad to see so many negative reviews! This is my favorite place to shop for clothes. The people working are always so helpful without being overbearing, they’re willing to answer any questions I have and help me find things that I wouldn’t normally pick for myself! I literally come here because of how helpful the staff has always been!!

Visited this store, which is one of my favorites, on Monday May 15th.I shopped midday and only one other person was shopping in the store. Three people were working during this time. I tried on clothes and had to helpMyself to other sizes several times. No one ever greeted me or helped me. I was there for at least an hour.I spoke to a customer service person with VICI but he wanted me to call the store manager. What if one of them working was a store manager?I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed.I really feel like nothing was resolved and that it didn’t matter.I really didn’t want to give a bad review but customer service doesn’t seem to care.

Ordered online. Terrible customer service. As another reviewer stated, their shipping times on the website are completely inaccurate. I ordered my item 10 days ago and it has not actually shipped yet. I emailed them and reached out via their “chat” 5 days ago. I just now received a response simply saying they are sorry for the delayed response and “my ticket has been closed”. But they never actually answered my question/addressed the issue. I wish I had seen some of these reviews of their website before I ordered. Now I will not get my items in time for the event I needed them for and I’m stuck with store credit only and the cost of return shipping. ??♀️

Do not shop here. I sent an item for exchange and one for return . I never received my exchange and no communication . After 3 emails and 3 chats over 3 weeks finally got a response saying to reach out to my bank . Very rude interaction and disappointing customer service .
