I’ve visited a lot of Verizon stores in my lifetime and this location was by far the best experience I’ve had. Les was my guy! Super down to earth and helpful with my upgrade and trade-in. He gave the complete opposite of “car salesman energy”. Instead of upselling me, he authentically answered all of my questions and pointed me in what I believe to be the right direction. I felt like I was talking to someone who was genuinely on “my team.”Accompanying him was Ronnie and Joel, who I also have nothing but good things to say about. Solid crew. Even if I end up moving a little further from this area, next time I need to go to Verizon, I’ll make the drive to the 8th Ave location and request these guys.

Leslie is the most patient and helpful employee at verizon i’ve worked with and i’ve been with verizon almost 20 years. Helped me in a hard situation with the internet and get me the best discount and help. Get the man a raise!bb

One of the managers told me that I had to pay a WiFi charge of $10 or additional $30 for them to help me set up my mobile device (brand new iPhone 15 Plus Max) very unprofessional and felt very uncomfortable so I had left. I have been with Verizon for years and Apple nor Verizon have never tried to make me “Pay” for assistance.

I have had many great experiences at this location, especially in person, especially with Joel. He is wonderful. I am a business owner myself so I say all the below with the intent of improving the customer experience.
I called today to figure out if there was indeed a setup fee as mentioned on the website (not mentioned in person) to bring my phone in and get data transferred for the replacement. The man I spoke to (do not know his name) I feel could have been kinder and more helpful in his customer service approach.
When I asked him about the fee, he said that it is $29 to do a data transfer. I asked if that meant getting everything from one phone to the other to get clarity, to which he repeated what he had said before in the exact same way, giving me no deeper clarity on my question. These are subtle emotional intelligence things that really matter in helping the customer feel safe and taken care of. I then asked if there was any information on how to do this myself to which he responded " I don't mean to be rude but if I walked you through that process it would defeat the purpose of you paying the $29." My response was that I was not asking him to.. I was asking for a link or information to do it myself. He was short and said no. I responded with "To confirm you are saying my options are to guess or to bring it in for $29?" And he said yes. I said okay. He asked if there was any other questions I have for him, I said no. He hung up.
Again, in my opinion- subtle lack of emotional intelligence and helpful, friendly customer service. However, it has made me decide to go to a different location to get support from someone who makes me feel like I am not bothering or burdening them with their own job.

I had not a great experience two weeks ago at this store, but today Joel changed my mind!! He is the best and a HUGE asset to your company!!!

This phone and the service has made me satisfied and I’ve had this phone and the service with Verizon has been great. No complaints from me. I’ve had service with other companies and they can’t even measure up to apple products and Verizon services.

I’ve been a Verizon customer for 10+ years and this location has been the most helpful and reliable that I’ve ever experienced. John, Les, Ashley, and Curtis are TOP TIER!! I went in wanting to upgrade my Apple products and they ensured confidence in my products and service. They were patient with me and explained everything in immense detail. I appreciate this team more than I can explain!
