Brody was awesome! Our phone was broken and he helped select and set up a new phone. His customer service skills are excellent! This store was recommended by coworkers and we will be using this store from now on.
We went to our local Verizon first and left.

The experience I had this time was above and beyond!!!! Mr. Matt stock helped us for all aspects of setting and billing!!! Nobody all these years has helped us to do all these setting and advising us to right direction!!!

BEWARE! They will lie to you about upgrading your phone and the specifics of their policies just to get the sale. I asked two of their sales people multiple times when pitched an upgrade if I pay the difference of the credit I am being given will I own my phone and will it be unlocked. The answer was yes and you can leave and take it whenever and wherever. Do not believe them, do not trust them. They only want your property, your money and for you to be stuck with them. Do not believe their response for me to call them either. I have been talking to this store and corporate for weeks to solve this. This store tells me only calling corporate can help and the people at the corporate number tell me that only the people in the store can help. They will give you the run around on all ends and not care no matter how nice you are. Honey does not work in this situation. Nothing does. Just stay away from Verizon…

Andy Martin, was knowledgeable about the products, promotions and deals being offered. He delivered exceptional customer service and experience as I was doubtful as first but was given reassurance and support to port my service to Verizon from T-Mobile. Andy was very helpful and knowledgeable of my issues with the email account. I was not able to get email on iPad and he gave me a new password for bothe and it worked great. He was very pleasant to work with.

Andy Martin was great when I came in today with my phone. I had a lot of viruses on my phone and he was able to help me clean up my phone. I highly recommend this location to anyone who lives in Bellevue!!! Five stars!!!

I just want to say thank you so much to Mu'min Abdullah. He helped me so much and he didn't have to. I came in wanting to upgrade and there were some issues with my account. We had to go through hoops and loops but He stuck it through til the end for 3-4 hours and didn't complain at all. 5 stars everywhere. I Recommend Mu'min!!!! Great addition to your team.

Came into the store and had a couple issues with the phone. Mu'min fixed me up. He fixed the issue with my voicemail box full and this app causing a loud notification. I recommend him for anyone else who might have questions.
