Preston, Jordan and Daniel were all marvelous! One of them sold me two iPhone 14s, the other two helped me replace a camera protector, set up child restrictions, figure out how to use our perks, etc.

I was at this store today to get some info about plans and trading in. KJ took care of me. He was super informative made every detail very clear and simple for me. Really appreciated. Ask for KJ you will definitely be satisfied.

Oftentimes our family need to upgrade our phones, we visit this location at Nippers Corner. We upgraded our phones this past weekend and received wonderful service from Jeff Stiriz. He was knowledgeable about the products and offered suggestion about products he thought would best work for our family without being obtrusive. Jeff exhibited effortless patience and went the extra step to make sure that the transition went smoothly and even walked us through what we needed to do later for an app. In our excitement, we left the box with charger behind and followed up with us and left instructions with his colleague, Mu'min who also was kind upon return.Thank you Jeff for being so pleasant; your patience and kindness shown to our family was not overlooked!!!

Mumin was very helpful. He helped me with my Motorola edge. Ringer volume was down and turned it up and fixed my speaker on Whatsapp. I would recommend for anyone else who has issues with their phone! Great customer service!

If you are at Verizon, particularly, this location, I highly recommend you ask for Shane. He took really good care of my needs!! He listened to my goals - upgrade and identifying ways to save on costs. He helped me upgrade my pixel 6 to a pixel 8 since I qualified. During the data transfer, he stayed with me past closing hours just to complete the transaction. It took about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Talk about stellar customer service! Thank you to Shane for also making my experience extremely swift, delightful, and hanging in there with me during the long wifi transfer. It felt like I was getting helped by a family member.I am extremely happy and pleased with my experience and the phone and otter box I purchased.Thank you, again!

I came into this store today to get help with activating my new phone and switching my info over. Brittany took the time to help change my passwords and move everything over from my old phone. This store is always so clean and Brittany was super helpful.

I have had bad experiences at this store in the past, but Daniel was fantastic this time. He was calm, personable, and efficient in helping me. I had to replace my phone and he did this smoothly and in a very short amount of time. I wish there were more service people at Verizon like Daniel.

My brothers SIM card on our buisness account wasn’t working and I hadn’t brought my id but I had the pin for our buisness account and a picture of my license on my phone. The bald dude working there said he couldn’t do anything about it which is a lie. I asked him to call a person authorized on the account and request permission. He said no to something that is down even through customer support. if he really wanted too he would have because we have done that multiple times before. He said that’s not allowed. I know couple of good people that work here. But this bald dude working here has an ego problem and is not a good look for the store or the company

My husband and I have 5 phones through Verizon. I went in to get the iPhone 15 and also got my husband the iPhone 15 pro. While getting those phones Lindy was helping me. When looking at my account she said “You have an old plan I can get your monthly fees down a lot would it be okay if I did that?” And I said yes of course. What she didn’t tell me was that she signed me up for the most expensive plan, her changing my account bumped one of my kids phones off a promotion that actually increased what we would pay and for several months I a row I texted her and said our plan is way higher and she said just give it a month or two and it will go way down. Well it didn’t. I went into Verizon after three months to get resolved and spoke to Cam who helped me . It was apparent to me that she has done this to several customers and nothing has been done. I haven’t heard from anyone at Verizon after Cameron sent my complaint in to his higher ups. It’s a bait and switch and Verizon and their grouping of stores in Nashville should be ashamed. It’s been weeks and I have heard from no one. It’s shady business practice and taking advantage of your customers. Verizon you should be ashamed

I came in today to upgrade my phone and get info towards my bill and Kevin Tetrick help me with that and MORE! He has great customer service experience and he’s very knowledgeable!! I had a great experience with Kevin today!!

I’m a black business owner who went in to establish a line for a pre established account. The person I worked with profiled me from the moment I said business account and even though I had all the appropriate documentation he said I would have to create a new business account or create a personal account. I grabbed my ID and got up and left, as I was walking out he yelled “so you don’t need a phone”. I waved him off and kept walking. I called Verizon business customer service and was able to order my phone on the previously mentioned pre established account with absolutely no issues at all. I understand there are plenty of scammers in the phone industry. But I promise you not every black individual with dreads is a suspect or scammer. Good luck to this location and I look forward to going back in to get my accessories when my comes in tomorrow.

Matt is very patient and helpful.I recently purchase a group plan for my family.We just relocated from foreign country, and many things are more complicating such as IDs, credit and so on. However, Matt just understand the situation and figured out. He also is kind enough to handle the app setting for me, too.I will upgrade my wife's phone from Matt next year.Thank you, Matt. I appreciate it.

Don't fall for the free phone on us promotion. We moved 3 lines from T-Mobile to Verizon and it's costing us almost $1000.00 to do it. They are not upfront about all of the out of pocket expenses. We went back when they opened the next day and they said there wasn't anything we could do about it b/c the guy who helped us the night before was off that day. We insisted they call him and he texted us that afternoon that it was too late b/c he had already processed the paperwork. Paperwork we never got a copy of and it wasn't until we finally found our way around the user UN-friendly app that the true costs were revealed. We are still trying to access a detailed invoice to see what all of these extra costs are for. I miss T-Mobile.
