Lyndi was super helpful in getting me my networks extender for my home internet. I was going to cancel but she was able to get me taken care of because I love the product. Super kind, patient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Lyndi at this location!

Kevin tetrick really helped out a bunch today. I came in with multiple devices needing multiple trade ins, line cancelations, and returns. Very helpful throughout the entire process and will definitely be coming back if I need anything in the future.

Devon helped me get a new iPhone today and actually save money monthly by switching us to a better plan! He also helped us save on cases and screen protectors. Devon was attentive, informative, so kind, and so helpful. We will never go anywhere else to get help with our phones, this is truly the best Verizon around!

This is my first negative review, but I feel compelled to share my experience. If I could, I’d give this store 0 stars. Avoid Verizon stores—they are not actually owned by Verizon but are licensed retailers. They also charge an extra $100 to transfer phone data, something you can easily do yourself by ordering online.
At first, I had a good experience with Devon, who was charismatic and left me with a positive impression, despite needing to call Verizon to negotiate my promotion (odd for a store claiming to represent Verizon). However, what followed was weeks of frustration and poor service by Devon.
I visited the store to upgrade my phone, taking advantage of a promotion: if I upgraded my plan for $7/month and traded in my device, I’d get an $830 discount applied to my new phone through monthly payments. A month later, I noticed my bill had jumped from ~$59/month to $93/month. It turned out Devon had mistakenly applied the plan upgrade to my dad’s line, so the promotion was never applied to mine. The whole reason for upgrading my phone was now void.
When I called Verizon to fix this, they directed me back to the store, which was inconvenient because I live 30 minutes away and work full-time. Devon was only available on Wednesdays and Fridays, so I had to adjust my schedule. Even then, he wasn’t there during my visit. Another representative gave him my number, and Devon texted me later to look into the issue.
Over the next several weeks, I had to repeatedly follow up with Devon because he wouldn’t provide updates. He either denied my calls or gave excuses to delay the resolution. Finally, after months of frustration, I called Verizon again, and they were able to fix it. I upgraded my device in September 2024; the issue wasn’t resolved until January 2, 2025.
Save your time and money—order online. There’s absolutely no reason to visit the store.

If you are ever in need of assistance with anything through Verizon, go to this location and ask for Preston specifically. I came into the store on a Sunday with an abundance of issues, I was a little nervous asking for help since I knew I was going to be at the store for a while and it was going to be a headache. But Preston took on the challenge perfectly and swiftly. I will definitely be bookmarking this location if I need any further assistance in the future. Preston you are a rockstar!
