Soooo thankful to Dan + Irby! I walked in at 7:45 PM when the store closed at 8:00 with a shattered phone. The two of them worked efficiently, patiently and were so kind and I was out the door with new phone in hand so quickly! They turned a really frustrating situation around by showing such wonderful customer service and compassion - and got me a great deal while doing it. I'm so grateful that they went above and beyond - they did not need to stay past the store's hours, but they did to ensure I had a new phone. Thank you!!!

Walked in on a Monday afternoon & Seth helped me switch carriers, get a new phone, and added me to my boyfriend’s account all in like half an hour. He was super knowledgeable and fast!!! Highly recommended working with Seth!!!

Horrible customer service! I went in to have my line transferred to my husband’s account and all they did was give us a piece of paper to do it on our own. The lady seemed very inattentive to my questions and concerns. Very disappointed in this Verizon store!!!

Thieves is all they are! My family went in to upgrade phones on our family plan. 2 of 4 phones were getting upgraded with the other 2 not being touched. Someone at Verizon added Hot Spots to the phones not being upgraded at $10/mo extra, WITHOUT authorization, approval or a request. No surprised since when I upgraded a year ago, they added a "free iPad" that cost an extra $15/mo. They conveniently forget to explain the monthly extra cost for that "free" iPad. Then they explain your bill will be MESSED UP for 3 months and like double the actual cost but by the 4th month, they will figure out how to actually bill you appropriately. Verizon are a bunch of thieves who add secret costs then hope you forget until the 4th month when you bill is correct. Scam artists.

The low rating of this store is completely congruent with my experience today. There is a shocking disconnect between the management and the fact that they are in customer service. Verizon is a large corporation, and there should be visibility and transparency between the different internal entities. This store ethos is to make zero effort to try and connect dots that are outside of their normal working parameters. Verizon sent me to this store to turn a phone in, and the staff literally told me it wasn't possible. (They didn't know how) I even handed the phone to the female manager with the Verizon supervisor on the line to explain it, and she refused to even spend 30 seconds with him to learn how. The other representative I spoke with was the same way. It didn't meat their normal mode of operation so he literally shut down, you could see the sparks and the smoke as his circuit board blew. So pathetic.

I just witnessed a really disturbing incident at this store this afternoon. After waiting for over an hour, we were finally being waited on by a rep. While this was happening, an older (elderly) gentleman walked in the store and was waiting quietly. I saw a rep (who I later found out was the manager) approach him and asked if she could sign him up for the wait list. I didn't hear all of what transpired next as I was focusing on my own business with the Rep that was helping me and my wife. Next thing I hear, is the Manager(?) loudly telling the older gentleman to leave. I turn around and see him flummoxed by her yelling at him saying, "We have a 70 minute wait! If that doesn't work, you can make an appointment! Don't raise your voice at me! You can leave!" Ironically, she was the only one who raised her voice during this whole incident. He then calmly asked if she could make an appointment for him, to which she replied, "No you do that at home! And if you don't leave I'm calling the police!" She was loud, it was in a store full of people, the old man was pretty shaken up. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. I turned to my wife and said that I thought we should leave. We cut our business short with our Rep and walked out of the store. It was awful. BTW, the manager's name is Brittney I believe.

My experience working with Emily was truly great. Emily took me right in and fulfilled all our business needs. She was very knowledgable on the products and hooked me up in no time. I even ended up getting a second upgrade. Emily is the reason we will keep our business lines at Verizon! Incredible service!

I was helped to promptly rid my phone of what I thought were multiplying viruses, as well as have other Issues addressed. The helpful team at the Verizon Nashville West store are consistently welcoming warm, friendly, and courteous. Most of all, they are smart, well-trained in problem-solving re: many different brands & styles of phones brought in with issues. The Verizon staff is highly professional and amazingly astute and informed, which makes for record time in rectifying the situation with my phone, thus alleviating my anxieties. I always leave with a calmer disposition and a smile of sincere appreciation!
