Staff was nice, but they are not a Verizon store, they are a third party Verizon seller so they cannot take returns. They also sent me a to a corporate store that they stated could indeed take it and the corporate store refused.

If I could give zero stars I would. Went in for help with my new iPhone 15 because Verizon sent it to me but cell service wouldn't activate. The gentleman (Robert I think?) who helped me was nice enough at first but told me it would be $39 activation charge to set up my iPhone. I said why it should have activated at home so it's Verizon's issue so there shouldn't be a charge, I already paid for the phone and service. He tried to tell me he had to charge me but I kept asking why it didn't make sense. He decided to help me but unbeknownst to me he charged my account the $39 and canceled all my upgrades/discounts/subs I had so he could push through the $39 charge. Instead of going back in I'm disputing the charge and it will be reversed but that's fraud. Do not go in here for help, they have no interest in service only getting their money.

The gentleman serving me had no idea what he was talking about. Came in for an upgrade and he told me I’d HAVE to leave my phone there today when I knew that’s not how it works. When I asked he said he wasn’t able to lay out the bill for me with the monthly change and what exactly I’m purchasing (offered to calculate it on his phone?). I knew he couldn’t help me so I went to a store a couple miles east and they were able to help me with everything very transparently. SKETCHY PLACE

Elise helped me with a very complicated order mixup. It took multiple days and so many calls, but she did everything for me and kept me updated throughout the process. She advocated for me, problem solved my order, and was so kind!

Customer service isn't dead!! These people rock! I had a phone issue and they 100% fixed it for me in minutes. Definitely come here to buy a phone or new plan, they're great!!

This store is not upfront and honest and is just out to get your money. Be sure you don’t fall for their company required lies. Ishmael is one of the RUDEST workers there. I watched him be very rude to an elderly male, a customer who didn’t speak English, and then he tried it with me. His customer service skills are TRASH. I recommend going to an AUTHENTIC Verizon store or a different location.

I had a great experience! I worked with Elise and she was so helpful and kind! She stayed extra to help me get everything figured out and I’m so thankful for her help!! Jayden was extremely helpful as well!!

Avoid this place at all cost. Apparently not a Verizon corporate store and is owned by “Victra”. The guy working aggressively tries to sell things like cases and screen protectors. Gives out his business card for his personal screen repair business. They lack inventory and I feel they are not nearly as knowledgeable as an actual Verizon store and have hidden fees.

Normally when I go to a Verizon stores it's similar to going to the DMV and everyone is pretty grumpy and it takes forever. I always feel inadequate when it comes to technology and understanding what I need to do which makes doing anything with phone companies frustrating. When I went to the West End store it was a completely different experience, a friendly helpful vibe. Evan greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and was friendly and professional and got right to the heart of the issue. Even though there were 3 other people he was helping at the same time he made it seem effortless. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely make the 20 minute commute to get that type of customer service and just genuine kindness.

Was charged $40 for phone "set-up" without warning. I would have been happy to put the cover and screen protector on myself. Ridiculous junk/hidden fee.

While trying to replace a very old phone, I discovered that both my and my partner's accounts are out of date, and we are both due for new phones. All three people I dealt with in this store were fantastic! Seriously, big shoutout to Jaden, Caleb, and Alex!!! They were very friendly and knowledgeable and gave me a ton of options to get what we needed for both our phones. As a bonus, they realized that we're now able to get Verizon internet again. We had it several years back and loved it, but we had to replace with Google Fiber when we moved a couple of years ago :( Now, thanks to in-store team, I'm getting a new phone, updated account with some perks, AND a much better deal on home internet!
UPDATING TO ADD: I went back today to finalize some things on the account and had a great experience with Evan as well!
