I paid $70 for a pedicure set. The price on the pamphlet was $45 not sure how much the up charge was for gel polish. When the service was complete I went to my car and got a better look at my toes. The polish was not evenly applied, including splotches throughout the polish. I went back in to inform them about this and I was told “it’s because of how my nail is under the polish” I just decided to take the loss and leave. I’m not sure if it was the tech I had but def not worth it. I’m new here in Nashville and would good to a sister shop in Greensboro NC never had this issue before. Definitely not worth it for the price.

I would definitely avoid coming here. I just moved from Texas and used to go to the Venetian in Sugar Land so I was excited to see one in Nashville. However the service was terrible. I was cut multiple times with the clippers because I had “overgrown cuticles” despite getting pedicures every week since I was 16 and never hearing that. And then being burned with the UV light because she was moving quickly.
In addition, I was charged $70 for a basic pedicure and was told I received a nicer pedicure than I did. The spa was very technically old, which the massage chairs hardly working and the seating being uncomfortable.
This was not worth the $115 ticket for a basic mani pedi (that left me with more cuts than anything) and I definitely would jot suggest this place to anyone who values relaxation or quality as part of the their nail

Oh no, what a disaster! That nail salon is off my list for good. I've been getting acrylics for ages without any issues, but this time was a nightmare. I've been to this salon before without any problems, but this visit was a total disaster. I needed a quick fill at the mall for my existing acrylic nails, and it turned out the nail tech didn't apply it properly, resulting in a fungal infection. It's baffling because my nails weren't loose or lifting at all. I only realized something was wrong when my pinky nail started darkening, and when I removed it, there it was—a gross fungus. And it wasn't just one nail; every single finger was affected once I removed them all. It's particularly frustrating because I'm diligent about hand hygiene, especially working in healthcare. Looking back, I don't recall any of the tools being pulled out of packaging, nor did I notice any of them being clean. This is unacceptable! I'm convinced they used dirty products and equipment, leading to the infection. I won't be returning, ever!

The people were so very kind! I had gotten my nails done on vacation in New Orleans and came in with a single broken index finger hoping for a repair. They worked to find the color that was close as possible to what I had and left me in tip top shape with a pretty similar color and the service was very fast! Thank you guys!!

Been going here for pedicures since 2018 and after Today will not be going back. My pedicure was rushed, the water was cold, massage chair broken and I got cut multiple times on both big toes. Hours later my toes are still hurting. My boyfriend got a pedicure too and at some point the girl doing his nails asked if she should buff the nail and I said that's fine since it's usually part of a pedicure. When I went to pay, they charged us $5 extra for buffing his toenails....seriously?? Very disappointing experience after loving it here for so many years

So this is my second time actually having this experience. The technician both times was a very sweet but inexperienced 19-yr-old boy. I told the owner the first time that the boy needed more practice and skill before charging for pedicures. The first time a more experienced technician was sent over (I was letting those around me know subtly that I needed help) and removed the remainder of the dead skin and then my nails were painted. Today, when I saw they were assigning the same young boy I thought “give him a chance” but I quickly learned I had misjudged. Horrible pedicure from buffing nails first then barely even touching cuticles with the nipper, cutting nails at an angle, to missing steps and performing steps in the wrong order (massaging and then putting feet back in cold water). As you can see dead skin was left behind and I didn’t have time for a second person to fix things. I also didn’t want polish on dead toenail skin so I politely paid and left. I even tipped the guy for his lazy pedicure even though he tried to cry and say he was having a bad day. I sympathize with people but wanted to ask if he was having a bad day last time too. I didn’t. As the sweet old lady took my money, I was told he’s new again and I said “the same thing happened like 2-3 months ago the last time I was here”. Their solution was not “he will get more training and practice”, it was, “oh no! tell them to give you a woman next time”.Service: Pedicure

My girl Ty and I have been together for over 7 years! Book with her and the experience/end product will never let you down. I always go in with my book so that I can relax and enjoy every moment. A biweekly must have for me :)

Went here yesterday because I had a gift card I wanted to use. In the past I've had a decent experience here but yesterday's experience really made me not want to return. I got a dip manicure which the mail tech put on extremely thick. I was concerned with how chunky and think the nails were looking and asked if she could just make sure they are smoothed out. She proceeded to tell me that dip has to go on thick or the nail could break....and suggested next time I get gel. I've never had an issue getting dip in the past nor needed it to be so thick. She took the grinding tool and smoothed the nail making it less thick but as a result left 4 out of 5 fingers on my left hand bleeding because of how much she was digging in. Needless to say I won't be coming back.

My daughter and I were in the Green Hills area and decided to give Venetian Nail Salon a try. She got a full set of gel nails for her homecoming weekend. I decided upon a gel re polish for my toes. The workmanship of my daughters nails was poor. The nail tech rushed through her appointment and several nails were crooked. The gel was also extremely thick. We don’t live in the Green Hills area so returning to get them fixed was not an option. We are now at another nail salon to get her nails corrected. It is now costing us additional money. We will not be returning. I’m sure there are other nail techs who do quality work at the salon. Unfortunately, she did not get quality.Services: Nail polish changes
