I would highly recommend Infinity Lofts In the Gulch. Ihave lived there for many years. As anyone who has lived in an apartment complex, oftentimes, whether your experience is a good one is based on the management company. The current one is very good, and the office and maintenance staff are great. Everyone is very friendly and responsive. I have not had any emergency maintenance requests under the current staff, but high priority requests are typically handled within 1-2 days; and normal priority maintenance issues are handled, at most within a week, which is reasonable.
I have a disability, and the staff always goes out of their way to assist me without hesitation, even when some of my requests may not be the typical ones. For instance, Sherwin, recently helped me with car issues that I couldn't have done on my own.
The common areas, hallways, etc are kept very clean and vacuumed. I have never had an issue with noisy neighbors. The complex and neighborhood are very pet friendly.
In an apartment complex, sometimes it is difficult to meet people. The complex sponsors social events that are fun and a good way to meet others, if you want. At the very least, it is an opportunity to get some free food and drink. ?
The complex is located in a very nice area. There are lots of restaurants around. A Publix grocery store is nearby, as well as an organic grocery store, The Turnip Truck. If you don't want to, you don't need to get in your car to get what you need, or entertain yourself and friends.
A parking garage is connected to the property, and your spot is included in the rent. The spots are located behind a security gate for added security. As anyone, who has to park around Nashville, having a parking spot in a secure garage is definitely a plus.
All in all, a very nice place to live.

I just started my lease today and already look forward to the next year. The leasing office is incredibly welcoming and helpful, the location is right in the middle of Nashville, and the apartments are spacious and modern. I even messed up my move in dates as my old lease was unable to prorate my rent for a week to move out, and Sherwin went above and beyond to assist and made sure my move in date got bumped up. Five stars.

Been living here for over a year and the staff and events have been great! The office is very responsive, friendly, and helpful. Sherwin always makes an effort to see how your day is going and if you need anything. Tiffany and Amy are always available and friendly faces that liven up the community. Events are well planned, enjoyable, and a great opportunity to connect and meet new people in the building.

Infinity Lofts is a great place to live. From the Leasing agents to the on site Maintenance crew. They make this place what it is. And the neighborhood has all the amenities you would need nearby.

To start, we moved into an unfinished apartment and weren’t allowed to use our shower the first 2 days. We experienced mold and broken AC multiple times. Our AC had gone out for 3 weeks at one point. We had documented poor air quality within the apartment that affected my vision and I had to provided medical records in order to get a better air filter in our unit. There were cockroaches in the hallways and always a bad smell. The only person at front that was nice was Amy and the maintenance team was fantastic. We also got charged move out fees for “cleaning” that were apparently standard and not in our lease, despite the fact that we left it cleaner than when we moved in.

Infinity Lofts and its residents are bar none. The people—especially the leasing all-stars Amy, Sherwin, and Tiffany, and Cordero and the maintenance team—are incredibly nice and friendly, which made deciding to move here from NYC a no brainer. The neighborhood is awesome—you’re close to the city’s best shops, restaurants, and nightlife—and the building itself is incredible. Great amenities and the apartments are fantastic! High ceilings, huge kitchens, and outdoor space. Oh, and I can’t forget the roof deck and fire pit! Seriously, when it comes to this building, what’s not to love??

In the few months I’ve lived at the Infinity Lofts in the Gulch I’ve had a few matters pop up sporadically and every need has been catered to ensuring my stay here is pleasant. I am beyond grateful and never worried about receiving prompt service with unmatched professionalism.

The staff and maintenance team here are the best! Carlus and Cordarryll helped me out today. They always go above and beyond with their work and take the time to talk to me, always reassuring me that they are available and happy to help whenever I need something.
It adds to the overall experience of living at this community when the staff knows you and remembers details about you. They made my day coming into my apartment and chatting with me and I always enjoy how friendly they are when I pass them in the lobby. Appreciate you!

When I first moved here everything was great. Management was amazing until Management was changed and they became money hungry for parking money. It's impossible to have a guess without pre-planning so beware no visitors from Saturday to Monday without getting a pass Saturday before they close, if they open at all. I pay extra each month for balcony access but haven't had that for a year now. My refrigerator went out Saturday and now today is Tuesday and it's still not fixed, everything in it is ruined. Sherman one of the office managers is rude and combative when you're trying to resolve issues. The trash is not always picked up. Dog pee stains are all down the hallway. They charge you 25 dollars a day for a guess parking pass if not turned in after 24 hours. This place is not worth the money you pay nor the hassle and rude treatment you'll receive from staff. Paying your rent on time doesn't matter. I've been here almost 2 years never had issues until now. Warning they will not accommodate you if your car has been booted for some ungodly reason like if your pass falls and not visible to the booter and that's 75 dollars. In the end you will not be happy living here under this Management. I rated 1 star only because that was my only option they don't deserve that.

Pros: location, rooftop, gym
Cons: As others have stated fire alarms have gone off more than any other building I have ever lived in, which can be frustrating at 2/3am. I have been in other tenants apartments who have expressed mold issues, to which they state the management team is aware of and is an apartment wide issue. Additionally, during renovation the shower tiles were repainted instead of changed out, and paint has chipped off of many of the tiles and is difficult to clean as particles of paint chip off into the shower while cleaning/showering.
However, the reason I write this review is to express frustration with a leak in my ceiling that I experienced while living at Infinity Lofts. The leak initially began on May 7th, full resolution of this ceiling leak did not occur until July 26th. During this time there were two weeks that large and noisy dehumidifiers were installed in my apartment. This was disruptive to my sleep schedule, pets, and overall lifestyle. During these two months I had been in communication with property management. I was told that after the resolution of the leak that we could discuss rent compensation. Paying full rent when I could no longer have guests over, study in my apartment, etc felt wrong as this was very disruptive to my lifestyle. Additionally, one day after the maintenance team had been in my apartment I came home and the AC was broken, as this was the summer my apartment rose to over 80 degrees. Being after hours, I had to call the emergency maintenance line more than ten times before someone answered and I was able to have the AC fixed. After dealing with this, I was disappointed in the way that the staff handled it, as there was no concession issued and they stated that the repair had been done as promptly and effectively as possible. I felt it off putting that I paid the same amount in rent as someone who did not experience any of these issues (months of ongoing repairs, etc) or at least offered to be compensated for a night the evening that I came home and the AC was broken on top of dealing with the ongoing repairs.
If I had known that this would have all occurred, and had been handled this way prior to moving into the building I most likely would have chosen to live in another building downtown. I had enjoyed my stay despite the issues, however I wanted to leave an honest review of my personal experience with the pros and cons in case it helps someone make a decision when choosing a new apartment building.
