Worst pharmacy experience. Every time I have been here it has been an uphill battle to pick up my medication. I got a text that my prescription was ready for pick up. I went there today to pick it up but it was not ready. Then they said I need to wait for 30 minutes to prepare it. I wait 30 minutes and I go to the counter to pick it up and I am told they could not access my insurance info and I will need to wait for another 30 minutes for my medication to get ready. I seriously thought I am in a candid camera joke. I am changing my pharmacy.

Deserves a -10. The worst pharmacy ever. They dud not ship my medicine and when I called, they couldn’t even tell me why it was not shipped. They said they were sending it by express carrier and it could be as late as 8-9 p.m. when it arrived. I told them that would be fine. It’s now 9:25 p.m. and no sign of them and no way to get in touch with them until Monday morning. I have enough insulin for tonight, and tomorrow, which is Saturday, and then I am completely out. They couldn’t care less. Stay away from this pharmacy. Extreme incompetence.

No call no show. This pharmacy allowed my prescription to expire and backorder. They did not offer to help in any way. I am a diabetic and depend on my prescriptions to live. I had to do with out thanks to them! Please do not use this pharmacy as they do not communicate.

COVID cases soaring, new vaccines out...Vanderbilt shuts down the vaccine clinics and won't give anyone vaccines. Smart.

Why one star? Simply put: predatory pricing. The wait wasn't bad, but they asked for $99 for a generic antibiotic that is available at Kroger or Publix at $15. Not a way to get a return visit! Doccherno Nashville

They will not put prescriptions on auto refill, their courtesy call does not tell you what medicine needs refilled, they promise a delivery date and then don’t inform you if there is a problem with the prescription that will delay your medicine, until you don’t receive the medicine and you have to call them and your already out of medicine. Would not recommend.

This is the best Pharmacy I have ever used. Patrick and his team are caring, kind, go above and beyond what is expected. When they say they will do something or call you back. They do it . 100% of the time. I was so sad when we had to move to a different Pharmacy. I hope to bring awareness to the good in this world. And that is Vanderbilt Specialty Pharmacy! Thanks for everything.

This pharmacy is the worst when it comes to judging people for the medication they take (LITERALLY JUDGING). THEY TREAT CURTAIN PEOPLE AS IF THEY ARENT EVEN HUMAN BEINGS!!!! As if the pharmacy staff know anything about the patient or the patient's life or past life they judge!!
