I cannot say enough good things about Jen Oswalt. I was having a health scare and needed to get in for labs asap but was having issues with scheduling. She took my stress from a 10 to a 2 by being so incredibly helpful and going out of her way to sort everything out for me. I work in healthcare and to say she went above and beyond her job description is an understatement ... I hope this review makes its way to the right person and they can do something special for this employee. She is one of a kind and deserves to be recognized for her second mile service.❤️

I had a wonderful experience with Tawana Martin, CCMA. I came by for routine blood work and was dreading it, but she made the process efficient and as painless as possible! She treated me with warmth and respect, and I was in and out in a flash. I was impressed!

Nurse Practitioner Mary A. Redmond was incredibly unprofessional and inappropriate when caring for my daughter laughing at her pain and symptoms snickering when telling her she has nothing. Literally called her a child because she had difficulty (pain) when opening her mouth.

They only have one drive-thru window open for Pharmacy instead of two. So there is always a long line of cars waiting. They are extremely slow whether you go in or wait at drive-thru. This is a problem and very frustrating when you are sick and cannot get meds in a timely manner.

There was a short wait, but nothing out of the ordinary for any office or clinic. Staff was personable and very informative. I was in for a sick visit- got my checkup, strep test, and covid test in about 20 minutes, and received my results in just over 24 hours. I'm not going to pretend I know how insurance works, but I handed them my insurance card when I got there, and left paying $0.

How about 0 stars? Buyer Beware $$$$$$ ...this is *not* your traditional Walgreen's retail WALK-IN CLINIC you see everywhere else, offering reasonable walk-in care prices. My daughter went there for a 'sore throat' and after insurance and a $20 copay that she should not have had to pay, we apparently owe > $300 for a short visit which included multiple irrelevant tests. The prices are outrageous for the services offered. And they referred her to an 'allergist' that keeps calling her for a follow up. What a racket.

Buyer Beware $$$$$$ ...this is *not* your traditional Walgreen's retail WALK-IN CLINIC you see everywhere else, offering reasonable walk-in care prices. Plan on at least a $260 bill just for being seen at this location. I apparently owe a whopping $311 for a 7 minute visit which included an irrelevant $51 test. The prices are outrageous for the services offered.There is a CVS Minute Clinic (one 2 miles away Hillsboro) for $89 -$129 for the exact same level of service, expertise, and professionalism.

Amazing experience! Virtually no wait to be seen. The provider, Aureata Majors, was so patient and knowledgeable. She did a thorough exam and explained everything in terms I could understand. She even helped me find a cheaper generic version of the medication I needed! I never expected this level of care from a walk-in clinic!

Saw the nurse for 10 minutes. She didn't help at all--didn't even give me any meds. Charged $300 for something I already knew I had. Thanks a lot

Waited over an hour for a flu shot & I made an appointment online. When Vanderbilt took it over, the Walgreens website appointments did not sync. Will not be returning.
