I went to value vet after them being recommended by a relative. My dog is a rescue who is reactive to strangers and when meeting new people because of her trauma and abuse she suffered. She only trusts women and my husband. When we got here, I explained the circumstances and how my pup is. The front desk staff were understanding and quick to get her checked in. They accommodated her and took some time to establish some trust before starting the exam. The vet we saw was the best vet we’ve ever gone to. Dr. Bertke was so patient and understanding the needs of our dog. We will definitely be going back and highly recommend this place.

My dog Abby needed a small tumor removed and it had me really worried as it was hurting her and she was losing weight. She was treated very, very well and was given snacks before and after sutures were removed and she didn’t seem near as nervous. This time it was ME that was nervous! But she needs some bloodwork done and they’re only gonna charge 100 something which is a good couple hundred bucks less than other places! Thank goodness for Value Vet. Highly recommend.
