This is terrible service making the customer come to pick up tickets. We had to pay $25 to the Uber driver for the stop. After we picked up the tickets they emailed them! Don’t use this company!

Overpriced, poor customer service. Made a booking for the next day and couldn't cancel. Wouldn't help me. Will never use the service again

I was very skeptical after making this reservation. But I have to say it was pretty easy. I made reservations for the grand old Opry. I expected a big guilt trip when I didn’t buy or look at anything else. But I picked up my tickets and we had excellent seats at the grand old Opry. Skeptical but satisfied.
