The carrier put my package in the wrong mailbox. I have yet to receive it or any compensation for it. My money has be wasted without a resolution. Very disappointed!

Karen vale is extremely disrespectful and is as useless as her driver is. They basically refuse to deliver any mail to you're address even when trash cans and tree branches are not yours and are you're neighbors.Karen allows the mail carrier to be disrespectful to residents. Karen also claims the drivers are not allowed to go into reverse or take a step out of the vehicle to put mail in the box. What is their job? The mail carrier has left prescriptions hanging out of my mailbox because she refuse to walk up a drive way and place them on the porch. I will continue to report this driver and Karen Vale until something is done about it. They claim they don't have anyone i can speak to hire than them as well. The office to this location is always closed due to lack of help go to another usps location where you will be treated correctly and things won't go missing. STAY AWAY FRON THIS LOCATION.

I don’t know if this is the correct post office (the one that delivers to Lenox village) or if it will reach the intended person. I just want to write this, in case you read it.
I had intended to be home today to accept some flowers I had ordered. I was afraid the plants would die if they were left to roast in the sun- so I left a note and asked if he or she could put them in the shade under the stairs. I hoped the person delivering them would see it. They did! I came home to see them tucked away in the shade, safe.
I want to say thank you. Your act of kindness truly means a lot to me.

There is only one person at the counter and everyone in line is so agitated and some have walked out due to the wait. I have been here for 15 minutes and still nowhere close to the front of the line. Yes they have the self service machine in the front that also had a line.

Poor service. Long lines everday. Only 1 sometimes 2 tellers for the largest and most utilized service in this area. Shameful.

Management and staff do not have any integrity. They are all liars. Had a package marked as delivered but no package was present in my mailbox. Reported it. The manager called back trying to gaslight me about where I order and how I should use a credit card to pay for items I order so that I can get refunded. Then proceeds to tell me my address was not listed on the label. If no address was listed then why even attempt to deliver!? Lie after lie. Instead of taking ownership of the piss poor employees she chooses to blame it on me.

There is usually a pretty long line but the staff is always super patient and helpful and I've never had any significant problems.

I had a very easy time receiving my package today. I cant quite remember the name of the young lady that had helped me retrieve the package for my wife but she was amazing very kind and helpful easily a huge asset to the USPS company I feel.

Paid for 1-3 day shipping, package has been at the Antioch location since this past Saturday. Tuesday was day 3 with a LIE about why they couldn't deliver the package. Then tonight it's the SAME LIE as they can't access my apartment. Here's pictures of how CLEAR and accessable my apartment is USPS. You employ liars. I wouldn't recommend these people if they were the last USPS on earth. Straight liars
