The front desk employee names Matthew is super rude and aggressive. When I asked a follow up question, he got super annoyed and began to become very aggressive in wordings and attitude. So I left. Just when I walked out of the door, I heard he and the other front desk lady immediately began to make fun of me. I went to another usps location, same question, friendly employee helped me out easily.

Avoid this location like the plague. It has been months since my last visit because I myself have been avoiding a return, but alas the proximity to the rest of my errands today was too good to pass up. Big mistake, huge.
Just like last time, I came to drop off pre-labeled packages for my non-profit that I manage. And just like last time, the same clerk went out of her way to make me feel bad about having an item with not enough postage. Instead of just offering to sell me the correct postage, she stated I was trying to cheat the system. When I claimed that I just simply entered the weight and dimensions on my shipping software at home and that’s the label it gave me, she continued to look down her nose at me and insist I was essentially trying to steal postage. Her attitude only perpetuated ill will and hostility towards me, instead of the simple solution of selling me the correct postage, which I would have been happy to pay for. She refused to help and handed me the package back.
So, just like last time, I went to the Donelson post office, and there was no issue. It was actually a polar opposite situation; the clerk helped me with a smile and gave me a compliment on my glasses.
In summary, go to ANY OTHER POST OFFICE if you want to be treated like a human being.

Brandon Neal is such a sweetheart and extremely helpful. He greeted me when I walked in and was knowledgeable about the packages I needed help with. Keep him upfront and center!!

Absolutely do not ship form this post…
I have shipped countless memorabilia/cards over my 18 years of online business. I moved here locally and now have over 70% of my packages stolen and never delivered. They ask you beyond prompted questions, to gauge what’s inside the package, hell they even set your package aside if they like what you have to say. I’ll never ship here again they jacked me for thousands on Pokemon shipments. Zero integrity

Worst customer service and they are lazy. They won’t scan packages and ask you to use the machine outside. The machine always has issue and still won’t scan it.

If Hermitage is any indication of other locations, it's no wonder USPS is going broke. Sitting on packages for days before delivery is unacceptable

This post office is currently holding my package hostage and they refuse to release it to me. I arrived to pick it up and they told me I had to wait til they decided to deliver it. It is there, I was there, They have it, I don't. Poor customer service and delivery standards
