Its amazing that this location is permitted to not open on time. I have a close relative that works for the USPS. Not opening on time day after day is a failure to everyone.
I was instructed to report the postmaster. Maybe I should. Maybe we all should.

The size of the facility reflects the size of service especially when weather issues keep the delivery from going out and you make your way to pick up your mail only to be ignored by talking workers behind the door when you ring the bell over and over for service even though they are there getting paid for working.

I’ve had a lot of negative experiences at post offices in the last few years but had a great interaction at this one! Went in to mail a 401k rollover I’ve been stressing about and there was confusion about a PO box vs Lockbox that the clerk was super helpful with even made absolutely sure with her manager the address was correct. Really appreciate the help and will make this my go to destination moving forward!

Got an email that my package delivery was attempted, failed, and a notice was left at 9 16 a.m. Just several problems with that.My wife and in laws were at the house all day, no notice was on the door, AND I have cameras that capture and record any and all movement. They never even attempted the delivery.

I have been haressed by mail delivery carrier (black male with long dreadlocks ) since December of 2023, I been living in my apartment for 7 years and never had an issue with my mail(even if I don't check it in a couple of weeks). He said that the apartment was vacant when I still lived here, I reported him, and I put a case out to track my missing packages one was" returned to sender" and the other one was delivered to the wrong address. I called customer service again, and they told me to put my mail on hold, so I did on December 12th. Today!!! January 12th, the day I was supposed to pick up my mail and the mail man carrier been tampering with my mail the whole time, he got my mail when it's still on hold, returned my packages to sender on January 8th and again put "vacant " on my apartment I still lives in... my god, someone help me. The supervisor was no help. All she(supervisor white female with short blonde hair) did was defend his actions and ask her why he had my mail today. She responded that he got confused. The post office branch is Ezell Pike. This guy doesn't know the stress I have been going through since he has been tampering with my mail and packages . I hope it stops soon.

Needs new management. Incoming packages get lost and say they are delivered. I drop outgoing packages off well before 5pm cutoff and they still sit there till next day without getting scanned. There is also smelly homeless people sleeping in the lobby. I hate to be mean but this is probably the worst post office I have ever had.

Be prepared to step over a homeless person sitting by the front door and walk through his human excrement. The post master’s response to this situation is to spray air freshener and wave her hands.

Older blonde lady working on February 15 2:50pm felt very lowkey racist and overall high key rude toward a Mexican woman. Left because of her and won’t return.

Terrible customer service. They do not care about you, they never answer the phone, and take their sweet precious time doing everything, and would rather sit and munch on chips and tell you they're 'working on it' while you stand there.
This branch claims to "deliver" packages (they just put the orange slip saying you missed it in your mailbox, couldn't be delivered because you need to sign when they made absolutely no attempt to come to the door) - I have a ring camera and they never came to the door once.
