Supervisor is extremely unprofessional and rude, no one ever answers the phone, and they have lost multiple of our packages.
When I went to pick up a package for my husband the supervisor didn't believe that we were married even after asking to see a picture of his ID that he sent and kept saying, "that guy's number or that guy's address." I offered to show him my ID as well but he continued to talk to me like I was trying to steal someone's mail.

I’ve received mixed prices every time I come here. The workers seem unhappy and offer little to no help with basic shipping needs.

I have used this PO for almost 13 years and never once have I been treated rudely here. Yes, it is frequently very busy and backed out the door, but I have learned the least busy times to go. Every single employee I have ever interacted with has been very professional.

I have a lost package. I reached out to this post office multiple times and let them know. I get daily emails from USPS showing any and all mail that is on the way. The day they “claim” this package was delivered, the email shows no mail with my name even on it. When I brought this to their attention, the very unhelpful and insufferable staff member told me I could “fill out a claim on the website”. And that’s all he could help me with. When I went to do just that, the website said my claim couldn’t be processed. The employee kept assuring me it was delivered. And when I asked him how he could possibly know that for sure, he said “well we can’t know 100%”This is the result of one of their employees not doing their job and loosing my package. the staff I talked to was in full on denial. This location is unhelpful, dishonest, and lazy.

Absolutely the worst post office I’ve ever dealt with.Not only does everyone look like they hate their job, Paul, specifically, was rude and not helpful. I would avoid coming to this location if you can help it.

The old fucking fart at the counter was purposely and obviously exceptionally rude to me. I am a young girl and he made his obvious disdain and prejudice towards young people VERY apparent throughout our entire interaction. He greeted every other customer (all equally as prehistoric as he was) with such kindness. Telling them hello asking how they are then responding you're welcome when they thanked him for his assistance. When it was my turn I said hello because I was raised to be respectful to those who have roamed the earth for centuries. In response to my kind greeting he bellowed from his fossilized throat "get up here". He then proceeded to ignore me for the duration of the exchange and when I said thank you he responded with a cold stare from his slitted reptilian eyes!

I don't know a lot about mailing damn near anything, but Ms Que was patient with me, was friendly, gave smiles, and good customer service. Thank you que. Long lines , disgruntled employees , dirty & old and sadly , poorly managed.Staff appear to be unhappy or having many bad days... Seems like it's the norm these days in service jobs. Better days , ahead! Our post person whom delivers our mail is always great

They Lost my mail (money order for rent) and kept directing me to phone customer service and phone customer service kept directing me back to them to submit an inquiry. Been running back and forth for almost 2 weeks trying to figure this out. Had me running around in circles until I finally just decided to call upper management to try to get things moving. I don’t expect too much, though. Don’t understand how no employee knows what to do. Very frustrating and belittling experience.

MISSING MAIL. Sister mailed birthday cards in August with the correct address and they were returned to her 4 months later saying undeliverable. Mother in law sent Halloween cards that still have yet to be seen. And this is only the stuff I know of that is missing. I'm moving my P.O. Box to another location and hope this stops happening.

My wife runs an ebay business. I'm the one who usually drops off the packages to mail. The window service is okay, IMO, but often I have to drop off packages after hours, and this is where I give the 2 stars. If the PO is open, it's no problem, I bypass the line in the office and drop the package into a container they use for this purpose, but after hours?The after hours drop off box is constantly jammed, and I mean a great deal of the time. Personally, I've seen it jammed over two DOZEN times, and this is incredibly unacceptable. I have to wonder how many tens of thousands of customers have driven to this PO over the years only to find out it was a waste of time. How much does that cost in wasted customer dollars? Obviously, this post office doesn't care about fixing the problem because this has been going on for years.
