I have never walked in this place and found a window open they're always putting notes on the window saying they'll be back in an hour what is up with this place why can it not do customer service as it should?

You all have it all wrong .. as a customer I vote clise the post office all together. Rude azz employees, packages list and stolen more then delivered. Their website sucks and they hold your mail or won't help you if you have moved so I missed my divorce papers and had to pay fees. They should not be able to make it so hard to get my mail with leases etc.. they are useless and I refuse to use this crappy place. And to ship a package is ridiculous.. gonna keep my uos store i hate usps.. waste my tax money

Came at 10:15 to mail a package. Sign on door said gone for lunch be back at 12:10. Sure! Go take a two hour lunch. You deserve to always shut down randomly with excuses so fake it’s hysterical. Had to go all the way up to Hendersonville post office and wait 40 minutes in line….

After waiting over 2 weeks, ITS TIME!! My package scanned for delivery originally on July 26th. I checked for 2 days , NOTHING!! I filed a report and no one called me . I showed up to the location on Tuesday and that’s when they told me they could not locate my package, and to leave my number and they would call me the next day. Wednesday no call, Thursday no call, and I show up on Friday again. The “manager” then stated basically “oh well people make mistakes” here we are August 9th, no package, and no follow up. All of my son’s clothes by the way that I had to spend hundreds of dollars to replace. The WORST shipping company EVER and I will never shop anywhere that supports this place. Truly disgusting.

This location is consistently closed. The window will open late, randomly close during the day for hours, or not open at all. Notes on the door have stated closed due to "staffing issues" "lunch breaks" "computer issues" and those are just the ones I've seen. The outside blue mailbox was removed and I was told was not going to be replaced. This location is absolutely frustrating. I will say the mail carriers are wonderful and friendly and often very apologetic for the shortcomings of the offfice.

Why is it that Mt. Juliet USPO can deliver the mail thru snow and ice, and Old Hickory hasn't delivered mail since last Wednesday, Jan.17? Pathetic OHPO! Old Hickory PO has less hills than Mt. Juliet total!

I’ve tried to pick up a package several times now that they couldn’t deliver for some reason and theres nobody there. I can hear someone behind the closed window but they ignore you even though they’re supposed to be open.

This USPS location is all right. There's just one window so if someone decides they want to mail out 100 envelopes in the middle of the afternoon when you just need to buy some stamps, you're gonna be standing in line for a long time. The guy who seems to be working there every time is friendly and helpful. Sometimes they don't have the box sizes you want for shipping stuff, but that's every location. It's super convenient having a location in the village too, hope it stays!

First of all, it's not the first time I come here. I have been here with post office money orders. And always tell me the same thing. That they don't have change for amount on money order. So why do you sell money orders if you can't change money orders. She told me to go to other Post office. Not good at all. And this is the post office near my area. Needs to better there services.

Everytime I go here no one comes to the window or the window is closed. Last year several Christmas gifts I mailed from here " never made their destination "...OH needs a REAL POST OFFICE.
