The passport service was done quickly and efficiently. Leonard was a great help. His calm demeanor when I stumbled through the process and the door I wasn't supposed to open made this go smoothly.

Not even deserved 1 star, they put on a sign “walk-in 1-2pm M-F”
When I came there 15’ earlier, they put on damn sign no walkin today and told me that I have to come 3-4 hours early. WTH . Get passport for infant but make people wait in the room without restroom for 3 hours!!

When I went in to get my passport updated there were only 2 people working the whole place (mail and passports). They were understaffed this week. Yet, Ekika was still so delightful to work with. She was kind, understanding and patient. She was servicing so many people even in the short 30 minutes I was there. This woman deserves a raise for being excellent.

Here’s photo evidence that my package was miss shipped. They sent it to another facility in the opposite directions where it was supposed to be going even after it said out for delivery, and then changed to a miss shipped message. When hiring people make sure that you check to see if they’re competent.

The distribution likes to steal and hold packages. They'll hold your package and won't deliver it for 14 days without any explanation. I'd definitely use UPS or FedEx from here on out

Chaotic, disorganized. Had an appointment for a passport, sign said no walk ins, but only served whoever ran to the door first.
Terrible, out of control place.

This location is what I call package hell once your package enters this facility god only knows when it will make its way back out or how many times it will just barely make it out then get sent back and shipped out again several days later it’s a 100% guarantee that 30 out of 37 deliveries (so far that’s all I’ve had from them) will be delayed the only ones that haven’t been delayed from them are packages that might fit in a mailbox (I say might cause even if it doesn’t they will be cramming it in come hell or high water) overall experience with them has been poor every time so please do yourself a favor and go to a different location to get your packages delivered if possible

I live in Murfreesboro and Iordered medicine 3 days ago and it had arrived in Nashville this morning just to check and see an update that it's being sent back to North Carolina. Now I have to find alternatives since I'll be lucky if I get by Saturday. Thanks a lot you guys.

This is one of the worst distribution facilities in the United States. Over the past six or seven years, I’ve had dozens (I have all records) of packages missent and rerouted from Nashville, instead of arriving at my home 25 miles west. They were rerouted to locations all over the country, to different locations all over TN, and as far away as Nebraska and Honolulu, HI. This year - 2025 - I’ve had at least 15 packages rerouted from Nashville that were supposed to arrive at my home 25 miles west. This includes expensive priority mail, so I’m paying not only for horrific service, but extensive wait times. And it’s only the end of April. Sick of it. Upon finally receiving the packages, nothing was incorrect or damaged on the label or barcode. It’s just incompetence and/or a faulty scanning system. I’ve written dozens of letters of complaint, filed dozens of lost mail/package searches and inquiries, and nothing is ever done. I’m not exaggerating. This facility has no interest in fixing the issue. Today, I just discovered another parcel rerouted from Nashville down to Atlanta. Typical. Unacceptable. Outrageous.

Mica(not sure I spelled her name right ) was exceptionally nice and professional. She helped me expedite my visit with kindness and respect even though they were clearly understaffed.
I greatly appreciate any business that operates with kindness and respect because working without the appropriate amount of staff can be stressful on everyone. Honestly, I have always had excellent service here.
