Unprofessional and absolutely rude. Went in at the appropriate and advised hours for passport services, was turned away AFTER being told we were able to. The lady working then told us we were 5 minutes too late and we had to come back at 6:30 AM. This store does not open that early? The hours listed are 8:30 AM. Do better.

I ordered rings and the day they were to be delivered supposedly there was “an animal”that kept the person from delivering my package. The next day I sat home all day waiting and again they were not delivered. I was patient and waited 2 weeks. I went to USPS and told the woman what happened. She looked for it and said she couldn’t find it and claimed that it may still be on the USPS truck (from 2 weeks ago). She took my name and number for a supervisor to contact me and I NEVER got a call. I waited ANOTHER week or 2 and I went back today and it was the same story that they don’t know what happened and that a supervisor would contact me. It makes me feel like someone lost or stole my package and does not want to take accountability.

This post off is irresponsible and doesn’t pay for any of their actions. I sent my step son a gizmo watch and video for Christmas so he can stay in contact with his dad more. Well after the package repeatedly went back and forth from New Jersey to Nashville instead of stopping the package like we asked they had in possession and still sent it back out to New Jersey and it is now lost I have filed a claim and they denied it saying the item was deliver when they know very well that my stepson not I ever received that package . Especially when I got a call from your office saying it was available for pickup and then all of a sudden it’s back in New Jersey something doesn’t add up. Very very disappointed and will not be using usps anymore.

Huge line going out the door most of the time I go here. They need to implement new systems to improve efficiencies. They also "lost" one of my packages for weeks meanwhile it was just sitting in the back room mislabeled.

I’m tired of not receiving all of my mail. This is the third time something significant being sent to me has been lost in the mail. How are we still using this outdated service? I’m glad it wasn’t a life or death medication situation. Maybe one day my mail will show up.

They don't stock the self service before they close so there are no envelopes or boxes. Kind of defeats the purpose.
