Wow!!!
I came on here to check the reviews, cause I was not sure if I did or said something wrong that caused the ladies working at this location to be very rude and unwelcoming to me, or if I just simply caught them at the wrong time. Almost all the reviews talked about how bad and unpleasant the service at this specific location was like. That confirmed my suspicion. This is not okay and needs to be addressed by USPS. I will also try to file an official complaint. People does not even wanna do their job anymore, very SHAMEFUL!!!

There is a young African lady about 25-29 years old who I’ve observed giving multiple people hard times. And I believe she is still working there. She has glasses and long weave in here hair. She is very rude to people and I witnessed her yelling at a young man with multiple packages a couple weeks ago a then again this week to another customer.
Her name is Terra, and she sits in the corner most times when I visit. But this girl seems to bring her problems into work almost every time that I come she has a bad attitude or she is always upset with something. I would think the post office is a good place to work but this young lady is direct example of what not to do in a place of work.
Please avoid this location if you wish to have a good day, Terra will be sure to put a frown on your face

Lunch hours posted to be back by 12 And at 15 minutes after 1pm there was no clerk and the people in the back could be heard but no one providing service.

Wildly rude , had zero care to help us check in items with QR codes - there was not a single person there and they were chatting amongst themselves. Not sure how we were an inconvenience

girl with long lashes and glasses and ombre? hair working on 2/22 saturday, 10:05 in the morning, has been CONSISTENTLY rude and unpleasant for no apparent reason. do not understand how she’s still employed here. she genuinely makes my day worse every time. she’s awful.
update, just realized she didn’t even give us the right form lol. we explained that we wanted to cancel forwarding to our p.o. box and all she did was give us a “hold mail” form and a stank look and sent us out the door.

I don’t know what the deal is but there’s routinely really rude customer service people there - like go out of their way to be rude and dismissive. How hard it is to just be pleasant? And unfortunately the self service station is often not working.

Worst post office in Nashville just left guy trying to charge 5.50 for nothing went to different location after telling him I've been sending for years only cost 1.01 for priority mail he talking about the envelope doesn't bend if you work there and don't no what you doing give me the job

this location to be delivered 3 miles away. It’s been 10 days and it’s still not there. The USPS needs to be shut down and privatized.

The employees at this particular post office are specifically and intentionally nasty to customers, it's common and kind of weird. Like I get it's a tough job, they're probably understaffed and tired and frustrated and I'm sure they have clueless customers through the day. But I've never seen a specific office where it seemed to be part of the culture to just be openly awful to the people trying to get their stuff shipped. Whoever is in charge here seems to be fine with it, I don't know.

We have not received mail in our box since Friday August 30, 2024.
USPS must be taking a full week for Labor Day.
