USPS is 0000 to me I do not want use any more because I sent box June 13 2025 and they say 6 to days bus by box is in maimi FL and I pay $86 to deliver plz if can t delevry return to me all 6 years ago they lost my box which is cost $1800 I will tell all users usps go to Fedx ups DhL and more thanks

Teresa went above and beyond to help me get my shipment sent to the right place and in the right box. It’s worth it to drive to this location just for her bright smile and kindness. USPS keep her around and give her a raise!!! Awesome job.

the guy here was sooo helpful!! i had a pretty tricky situation with a change of address that seemed impossible to fix when i went to a different location beforehand, and he helped me attempt every possible option to fix it, all while being super kind!

The workers at this post office are fantastic. The manager has been extremely helpful whenever I've had questions or encountered an delivery-related issues. With me and other customers who I've been in line with.

Make sure you get there at least 30 minutes before they close. I was told they couldn’t mail my package because it would take too long and the woman had other things to do before 5.

Just commenting on all of the Nash post offices since we can’t review the distribution centers. This is bad. They have never delivered our packages on time or just do not deliver them. Let Amazon deliver our mail. Or hire functional human beings. Or at least start making TikTok’s of sitting around if you are funny.

I have been using this Post Office for years - I even have a box there. I ship a lot of Ebay stuff, not using the Ebay labels but using regular USPS shipping. Although this particular location is sometimes short on staff with usually only one station open (and sometimes they have to close at lunchtime, which is inconvenient), I have found everyone there friendly and helpful. I suspect that most of the people that complain about rudeness come in with their own bad attitude, because I'm always polite and respectful to the staff and they are always friendly and polite to me. Most of the delays I experience while standing in line are because of people that do not understand that you should come to the post office prepared - they come in with an item to ship: no mailer or box, no tape, nothing to write with, etc. I have seen other problems, like undelivered mail, change of address, etc. - and the staff have always tried to resolve the problem for the customer in a professional and courteous manner, even when the person with the problem can't even clearly DESCRIBE what their problem is. I have had 2 or 3 delivery or shipping issues over the years and the staff have always resolved every issue to my satisfaction with action or information. These people work hard and they are at the mercy of any jerk or know-nothing that walks through the door, so cut them some slack. You get what you give: come prepared and demonstrate the proper respectful attitude to the staff and you will walk out satisfied with the service these people provide.
