right by my apartment building so very easy access, and the folks that work there are Amazing and very helpful! The Post Office also has everything you need inside for your convenience as far as mailing purposes go.

A few yrs ago my packages have been stolen and was told someone hid it so they couldn’t be found and now my package is missing again. Saying it’s been delivered when it hasn’t and I have 2 dogs who would’ve barked and my family would’ve seen usps walked up. Not just that but y’all only delivered one smallest thing of what I ordered. I worked soo damn hard to get my items and y’all stealing them from us.

I’ve visited this post office twice since moving to Nashville and I’ve had a great experience both times. The clerks are very friendly and helpful, especially for someone like me who doesn’t mail things very often and needs a little bit of guidance!

Dionte has been very kind and efficient every time I’ve been in. Today there was a lady with a slicked back bun being unprofessional and borderline disrespectful with the tone she was using with customers. I hope they can get better help because i would hate to work with someone who is so unpleasant to be around and i was only there about 15 minutes.

I sent a package off in February. It is June amd no one knows where my package is. I have called locally and corporate and told a supervisor will call back. When? It'd about to he July. I have insurance and they say due to losing the receipt they can't help. So don't you think if would have contacted me 4 months ago when i filed my complaint I'd had it. The USPS is a SCAM. Stick to FedEx and UPS. Where they are more reliable and not stuck in the IceAge with no way to send a email like the others with your info. And they wonder why it looks like a Cemetery in here. SHUT THEM DOWN!

Came in today only one person working dark skin man saying it’s going to be 10 to 5 mins to take money into the Clark get here no ac on in the lobby hot as hell in here no good service at all don’t understand why he can’t except the money 3 people ahead of me line moving slow just the worst here I never been threw this when I come at all on this good Monday @12:44pm

Took a blood sample here to be shipped so that I could find out the sex of my baby for a small gender reveal party with grandparents in town. It never got scanned, never got shipped, and remains god knows where. The employees have no idea what is going on and are unwilling to help. The future of America is dismal.

Went on a Tuesday early afternoon, only a few people ahead of me and one person working at the counter. She got the line moving as fast as she could and was very helpful and nice! Way cheaper to ship packages USPS than UPS. Very happy with my experience here.
