My preferred most office. The lines are long but it’s because the staff actually try to help and take time to work with the customers. They don’t just yell at you, or get irritated. They are really kind and nice people.

If you need to drop something off at this post office promptly when it opens at 8:30, don't count on it. They do not open on time, I've waited up to 30 minutes before.. I'd go to the one off Gallatin road.

Chronically under-staffed ! The long waits do not appear to be the fault of the staff, but rather the post office budget cuts that have left the location without adequate staffing numbers ....
