I can understand the underachieving rating for this post office. Mail gets stuck here for weeks. I wish my packages would not reach this location before it's supposed to be transported to Clarksville, TN. Case investigations go nowhere, tracking numbers from this facility stop updating and there is hardly a person there to help sort out any of the problems. Staff is always under stress from the pressure of it's customer issues/complaints.

Very poor service. Have paid them 2 visits for my missing package, and all they do is make excuses and be evasive, especially the supervisor. Utterly disappointed!

This location has been good for me to get in and out for dropping off packages or buying stamps; I usually only see a lone worker at the front; The problem I have is with the USPS Delivery, not sure if they are the ones not delivering our mail at 1801 West End Avenue. this is a concern. They should have enough drivers if one is out they take on their route.

First time visit. Not sure what to expect due to the posted reviews. Comparing my past USPS visits across the country, this was a good experience. There were a few customers in front of me but the line moved quickly...around 4 pm. There was only one USPS clerk at the front desk but I found her friendly and customer focused.

I waited 45 minutes to pick up a package and ended up leaving because it took this long. I just rescheduled my delivery so it’ll arrive tomorrow because that’ll take less time than this line

Really good post office. They’re pretty fast and have plenty of parking.

Very bad customer service. Though it says the closing time is 5.30pm, they close at 5pm.
