I had a passport appt and didn’t know I had to bring my original birth certificate. They let me run home for it and took a late lunch cause of me. Thank you 👑

Went to get my passport and was helped my a woman very quickly. I returned a week later to get two children’s passports and John was so rude and unhelpful. Somehow the entire process changed in just a week and he restated the same false info over and over. Hit or miss, Don’t go to
John .

Linda and Zontray were absolutely fabulous when we went to get our 12 week old a passport. Linda helped us get the correct documents and Zontray was so patient with us while we had to tend to our baby and field important work calls.
Linda was a complete professional in getting our babes photo perfect for the passport.
And to top it all off we left the sensitive documents there in the chaos it is to have a diaper blow out in a public place. When my husband returned to retrieve the documents the next morning we panicked because they were nowhere to be found. As it turns out Linda, the angel that she is, mailed us back the documents to the address listed on our passport application. I cannot say enough good things about our experience there. Truly wonderful human beings.

Terrible service. They didn't want to help us simply because I don't speak English. I looked for a translator over the phone, and they said no, that it had to be in person only here because it's not like that elsewhere. Bad service.

I don't know it's on a good or bad day depending on people or they just seem like they really don't wanna be there. Linda is extremely rude. Extremely she went on to tell me that she's been with the post office for over 30 years. I mean some things you don't know and I'm coming in there for business. I don't like coming there. I wish I can go to a different one.

Black ran and rude and had a very uncomfortable experience at this post office. When I approached the counter, I was met with an attitude and what felt like unnecessary hostility. Instead of getting help, I got blowback for simply asking a question. The staff seemed uninterested in assisting anyone in a respectful or efficient way. The whole atmosphere felt antagonistic, like they took pleasure in making people wait or feel uncomfortable. Government offices like this should treat the public with professionalism, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. I left feeling frustrated and disrespected.

Quiet post office in downtown area. There were just a couple of patrons other than myself at this post office and I was able to get what I needed quick. The staff was friendly and helpful and like normal post offices, they have plenty of boxes, cards, mailing supplies you can purchase here.

At 4.45 (15 minutes before close) were told to come the next day, a couple hours before close, at least at 3 or 4, just to send a registered mail. I know for sure at it takes only at most 15 minutes to take care of it at other post offices I've visited. This is like worse service than 3rd world country.
Update1. May 6th, 2025. Came at 5:30 to drop prepaid mail at lobby dropbox. Door already locked though lobby should be open till 6.00.
Yes, there's a dropbox outside. I won't drop it there because one mail in the past got lost, never been delivered!

There's nothing Linda about her, and a very rude person shouldn't be serving the public. Linda no good person

One of the ladies at the front desk, I believe her name may be Linda is one of the rudest people I’ve ever met. She will intentionally make you feel stupid and belittle you. I have also heard her be extremely rude to other customers as well. I don’t know how she isn’t fired yet

Zontray is the best rep hands down. The best post office I’ve been to in the city. I go out the way to go to this location. They are the greatest especially for election mail.

The white lady Linda is so rude she dont know how to talk.i think usps should train the staff how to behave.Looks like taking personal life frustration at work thats why some women should always stay in the kitchen because they dont know how to do their job. They should fire her or make her take anger management therapy
Only positive find was kerry. He was good to talk and felt welcomed
