I had the worst experience at a postal office ever. Female worker was pretty sassy to me and loudly remarking to make me seem I'm dumb. Then with the next customer, she continued to smart-mouth about me while I'm still there. So I snapped back that she doesn't need to be saying all that. I'm in line again and she ignored me for about 20minutes then LEFT. Coworkers were unfazed so it seems like she has attitude regularly. Her hair covered her name tag.
At this point I've been there for 40minutes (literally longer than a DMV) until I got helped by Teresa who had the best customer service. Teresa needs a raise. She stays and make sures everything is done and everyone is happy

Teresa Again, always give me great customer service. She is very experienced and very welcoming and very helpful throughout all my transactions and processes and I just wanted to let you all know how awesome of a great person and employee that you all have.

Worst customer service and hours are incorrect. I have a package delivered here that no one wants to help me retrieve. The Employee should be off her phone and want to help people versus giving them excuses.

Went here to update my passport. Staff was helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable about the process. Mine required a re-issue instead of renewal so a follow up was scheduled to complete the application. This location provides Passport photo service onsite. Parking was easy and there was no line at 10 a.m. on a Wednesday. Highly recommend. I think they process a limited number of walk-ins up to a point. Otherwise, was easy to schedule an appointment. It seems the backlog has eased.

Great customer service and a really positive experience. Kim went out of her way to be accommodating of our passport request, and we saw other staff do the same for multiple people. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable.This is a great USPS location - we will certainly be back.

Kerry was great. I came in as a walk in to get a passport and didn't realize my birth certificate wasn't that right format. He told me exactly where to go to get the right one and I was still able to get my passport paperwork sent in same day. Thank you so much!!!!

No doubt about it… customer service has died.Almost within seconds of being on the phone with the lady that answered I knew, this wasn’t going to go well. Cut me off in the middle of every sentence I started and acted as if I had inconvenienced her for calling, gave no helpful information about the complaint I was already calling about my local office. And sighed like I inconvenienced her day. I hate the USPS and look forward to the day when they are completely out of business. The past 3 years have been the worst of our lives due to a new incompetent postmaster and staff. No wonder Amazon, fed ex, and ups are taking over. Y’all could learn a thing or 2.I’ve filed complaints, met with postmasters been on phone calls for hours…. Nothing. Lawsuits to come.

Absolutely the best service I have ever had. I accidentally put the wrong zip code of a package and was chasing it all over Nashville. It came here and they called, held if for me and were incredibly helpful. They sweet lady at the counter is a Christmas miracle.

This is a great USPS location. The employees are always so friendly. Last time, the lady working helped me save $12 by using a different box for my stuff and she was super friendly.

Paid to have a package overnighted to NJ, guaranteed delivery the next day by 6pm. Didn’t even leave this location/arrive at the regional distribution center in Nashville until 5pm the day it was supposed to be delivered

The representative at the post office was very nice and friendly. However, with that being said, I sent seven postcards at this location and all of them went missing. None of them were received so I’m not sure what the gentleman did with them, but I found it strange that not a single one was received.

I went in around 9:45AM and it was very quiet with no line. One of the postal clerks, Ray, noticed I was struggling when I was trying to choose a mailing slip for my passport paperwork. He made sure all of paperwork had signatures and t's were crossed and i's dotted. He was very nice and knowledgable about the process. I will recommend this location to all of my friends and co-workers!

Fantastic USPS location. Service was efficient and friendly. They had a small lot between Union Station and Frist but I walked there so I'm not sure how easy it would be to park.
