Tania Burgos is by far the most disrespectful and incompetent branch manager there is. My family and I have been U.S. Bank customers for 20+ years and have never experienced anything like this. She had an issue with verifying my name on the license and when I offered to bring another document (my passport), she said, "too late, I already saw your license." The only thing "wrong" with my license is that my middle initial is not spaced properly after my first name. She then "offered" to mess up the spacing of my name on my bank account, and when I declined, she refused to offer me any service. When I asked if another employee can help me, she AGAIN intervened and said, "I'm the manager, and he will not be helping you." I came back later with my passport to show her proper documentation, but she refused to see it and threatened to call security. We were respectful and tried our best to deal with the situation, but she was just rude. We did NOTHING to upset this manager, yet she lashed out at us with threats and without any justification refused to service us and ABUSED her "authority" in preventing another teller to help us with our request. I called U.S. Bank and made a formal complaint as well. Tania Burgos, you should be ashamed of yourself and your unwarranted and unprofessional behavior as you are a poor reflection of U.S. Bank.

Louis Smith that works there apparently like to make up rules to not do his job. Went to cash two checks. I first get told he can't because the amount supercedes the amount in the account. I figured ok no biggie I go in the app, transfer things to fix that....well now apparently there's a check cashing limit....been to multiple banks where that wasn't wasn't case and cashed much more than the so called limit. Good ol Louis says he doesn't want to take the risk....risk of what? Doing a good job and providing good customer service? In the end he made me deposit the checks then run a withdrawal for the same amount. Could have been done in 3 min, both been happy, but now I'm reconsidering all my us bank accounts.

Shady Abuelzein was on his phone and doesn't want to help me and talk to me. I told him to open new account but he told me I have to have appointments. The time was 4 pm and there was no customer behind me.

...why do these reports have to be made regarding customer service??? Representative Baher Salib refused to accept me as the next customer although I clearly explained to him I was next in the one line...he then states there is more than one line but continued to serve the customer who jumped in line before...sad very sad at this location...

The young lady that was the teller today acted like she has never seen a money order before. How can you work the banking industry and not what a money order is. Then there was no thank you, have a nice day, nothing. Just poor customer service, a poor experience, and I really should take my money and go elsewhere

The teller was exceptionally friendly and kind, but we had to wait in line for a literal hour to see him. The same three customers were at the front for the first half hour we were there as the line kept growing. When one finally finished his family members who had been lounging around on krogers displays then jumped into his spot to do something that took even longer. Again, the teller was great, but is it too difficult to have a line just for deposits and withdrawals so every teller isn't opening a new account simultaneously?

Slowest bank in NASHVILLE..the line can be to the freezer department, they’ll have 1 worker working while the other is on the computer with no customers!!!

ATM took cash and didn't record. In line for about 15-20 minutes. The staff seem friendly enough.

Worst branch manager ever! I am new to US Bank, just opened a new bank account there. I usually use BOA. Barbara, Mira and Kirolos were really friendly and great. The branch manager has the worst customer service. I asked to make wire transfer from my account after I made a cash deposit, she rudely refused, however I was able to do the same thing in two different branches. I don't know if she was trained differently from the other US Bank managers.

What a bank!! We are so happy that we changed our account to this bank. They are not only open every day (even Saturday AND Sunday - which is very convenient for us) but the employees are the best! They are super friendly, nice, polite and helped us on all our stuff AND it worked out perfectly (we tried to fix with BOA for months with no outcome and with US band it was done in 2 weeks!!!) - it was such am amazing experience. Thank you George Youssef and all colleagues so much we appreciate you all !!!!
