I opened my account here and I gave them all the correct information and my account was locked because she said the address I gave her did not match the address on my Id now my account is locked has been locked for over a week now and I can’t access my money I even spoke to the branch Manger he gave me a number to call and basically told me he can’t help me US BANK SUCKS WILL NEVER SUGGEST this bank to anyone.

This bank has helped me so much. I was scammed and Ms. Cheryl and Ms. Niki helped me better than the fraud department. This is the only branch I come to because of how kind everyone is.

I walked in trying to do a wire transfer with MY money, from one account to another the lady “helping” me, niki curtis went straight to profiling me saying that “us bank is a business & we cant trust everyone who walks in because this can be a fishy transaction” like first of all its MY money i can transfer it/give it to anyone i like its none of her concern. very racist & unprofessional. she ended up not letting me do a wire transfer, i withdrew all my money & closed my account. heres a photo of her so yall can stay away from her.

Was helping a friend get an account opened, explained that I was his ride and discovered that apparently they don't allow anyone to use their bathrooms (including customers). I had been contemplating switching to US Bank for my deposits but that won't be happening now.

Awhile ago left a 1 star because of this place not being organized and they don’t update their hours online .This branch is on one of the busiest spots of Nashville but yet they are not organized.online says open ,at 1:40 pm but,when you get there the lobby is closed on a regular Wednesday.This happened a lot to me and I wish I could take that one star off but can’t .So if you are a customer or SPECIALTY a business owner THINK TWICE before driving all the way here and see the old fashion papers on windows telling “we are closed”PLEASE UPDATE YOUR ONLINE LOBBY HOURS SO WE DONT SPEND SO MUCH ON GAS TO SEE A CLOSED BANK !!

On 12/21/2021, my accounts with US Bank were placed on "hold" for no apparent reason or date the hold will be removed. I have attempted to contact the person responsible for the hold, calling 62 times and leaving voicemails, all with no response. As of today, I still have no idea why my account is on hold or how long it will be on hold. This has been the worst experience with any bank I have ever conducted business with. US Bank has really made me second guess the current banking system and how much control they truly have over our everyday lives.

Ms Pena or whoever ...the ugly spanish chick refused to open a bank account with my payroll check today. She didnt even look anythibg up she just said she could not help me...rudly interuppted me when I was speaking with her said to basically leave she wasnt going to help me and dismissed me. LMAO WHAT? My USbank in Goodlettsville said they would zero problem. I just feel like the negative reviews are extremely valid in this case. Like these people are either mentally incapable of 2+2 or they're special ed with an attitude. At what point do you do the only job you were given? LMAO! I would be embarrassed to work here. I'd trust a bum with my money over this place.Update : Goodlettsville location handled my situation professionally and perfectly. I was able to open my account with my payroll check this morning. Your location handled this unprofessionally. Y'all need new employees the bad reviews aren't here for nothing. With that being said I absolutely will contact y'all because it seems you need to clean house. I will not come to this location until y'all find professional customer service reps. Thanks.

This is without a doubt the most rude, disrespectful, and repugnant banking institution I’ve ever dealt with. All of the tellers need to be fired, effective immediately. The level of disrespect, incompetence and lack of customer care displayed by the tellers and banking staff as a whole is completely and utterly repulsive.

Very rude employees. Don’t recommend going to this branch ever! Teller was very rude. Branch manager was even as rude. I’ll be switching banks after 9 years due to the customer service at this branch.
