Hi! I just wanted to write in to brag on Jeff (not sure of last name). He helped me a TON when trying to find out who can legally notarize my marriage license. He wasn't sure at first but took the time to find out and got back to me. After finding out that the bank cannot do this for me, he took it upon himself to call the county clerk and find out who can. I just wanted to compliment him for going above and beyond to find out the information that I needed. Thanks Jeff!!

My company banks with US Bank, and I have been to branches all over Nashville and the Belle Meade branch is the best there is! They are always friendly and helpful. Elizabeth and Martin are exceptionally good at their jobs and clearly know and care for their regulars at this branch!! 5 star service!

Most of the employees are really nice and helpful, except a blonde woman, forgot what her name is but can’t forget her attitude. Over multiple visits this lady seemed like she couldn’t be bothered to do her job. I’m young, so when I first came in to set a new account she didn’t really take me seriously and talked to me like I was a kid. When I called the branch and she would answer, she seemed so bothered by the questions I was asking and said I needed to do all these other steps in an annoyed tone. All I had to do was call another branch and they were able to help me with no problem. Don’t get me wrong she’s not an awful person and everyone has bad days, but she really should work on separating that from work and try to be friendly.

I went to the drive thru to cash out my US Bank pay card which I have done at at least 2 other locations with no problem. The woman said that she couldn't do that. I asked to speak to someone else and she said, "There's no one else here." I walked back to my car and noticed at least 5 cars in the parking lot. So I drove back and saw another person. (lie #1). I asked that person why they couldn't cash out my US Bank pay card. He said, "we can't use expired ID." I showed him through the window that my ID was not expired. Then he said, "We can't take out-of-state ID. " It is NM.. Why the two different statements? Then I asked him to tell me why the first teller lied to me. Rather than giving me an answer, he said to leave or he'd call the police. Did he lie and threaten me to cover up his (and her) incompetency? I want a response from the bank manager!!!

Post covid review:Booked an appointment and requested for a 3 month statement iDK why banker was in a hurry to give me a single month one and send me awayI can understand that covid changed our lives but it should not effect our serviceWorry try to avoid this placeAlso us bank could have had a more better website download account activity letter n verification of depositUnfortunately my visit was pointless as bankers notary has expired

I am unfortunately going to have to stop doing business here. The last few times, - the ATM has frozen and almost eaten my card (I would be in a real bind without it). The employees are aware the system is faulty. Also, the computers inside were not working today, so I could not deposit money, and (based on previous experiences) did not trust the ATM outside. The customer rep offered to hold my money and deposit it later (mailing me a receipt) , but who wants to do that? Sorry- but whoever is in charge seriously needs to give attention to this branch. I understand this is not the fault of the tellers at the window or inside but, when customers can clearly see there are computer glitches when dealing with their money, this is a serious problem. I am considering withdrawing from US bank altogether.

Listen... When I say this bank is the worst, it is the absolute worst. Horrible customer service and do not use their so called private banking reps they are horrible. I have used US bank for several things before but this location has the worst management in the history of banks!
